Don't need it but some like to use it , your fine if you already flashed N975USQU3CTE7 .

Good Day I live in Jamaica and I have a Note 10 + AT&T unlocked variant (SM-N975U) I couldn't find the correct firmware on Sammobile and AT&T's Support center says I have to be in the states (using an AT&T sim) in order to update the firmware from 9 to 10. Considering the current issues with COVID-19 I won't be traveling soon.
Can you tell me what to do? I am scared to use either SM-N975U or the SM-N975U1 firmwares I see on sammobile as I dont want to brick the device...

This is the steps :
Windows computer needed
Latest Odin can Google it and download should be 3.13.1 prince comsey. Samfirm/ or Frija tool
Download samfirm v0.4.1 tool , extract it with 7zip. After open the tool and put SM-N975U1 firmware with xaa region download to computer
You will extract files for Odin once download with 7zip and will do same for firmware with 7zip .
There will be 4 files after you extract the firmware

CSC
Each of those files will go in Odin when you open to the corresponding slots

Home data slot dont put nothing
connect your phone with cable to computer , once the files are in its slots hit start, once done you'll see pass in Odin and it will reboot
Put your model number,region select check for updates , then download the Rom , extract the Rom with 7zip.
*Make sure you put phone in download mode
*If dont see your phone connected in Odin change cables or ports in computer .

Ok, was just wondering ... Would have updated for some time now but I've been scared to brick the device because I was worried that the difference in model numbers would have been an issue ... N975U vs N975U1...

These are all stock Samsung firmware, pretty much worse going happen it won't install, to brick it be in rooting or installing a custom recovery.

Hey guys, need some assistance here but I am familiar with flashing, rooting, etc. I currently have an N975U1 and would like to install the AT&T N975U firmware so that I can get all the AT&T features. My Note 10+ is currently running the July 1, 2020 firmware. I tried to flash earlier released firmware via odin but they all failed. I suspect it's because I was trying to flash firmware with an older bootloader than what is currently running on my device. Therefore, I will ask the questions below.
Which AT&T firmware will successfully flash to my device and what is the link to that file?
Which version of Odin do I need to use? I previously used a 13.3.1 patched version so a link to what I should use would be great!
