Hey guys, I have a US AT&T N20 Ultra that I want to flash to the unlocked version. Anyone have the dl for Odin, as well as the most current tutorial?

Also I'm assuming that the link posted by OP is what will be used to change to the unlocked model?

No haven't uploaded U1 Unlocked but go here my friend has U1 Unlocked there latest is on the bottom. ATH3

I was discussing with someone on reddit and he mentioned that if you flash AT&T firmware on US unlocked model you still won't get WiFi calling since AT&T will recognize the IMEI as unlocked model and will deactivate the service. Is that correct? I thought flashing the AT&T carrier firmware on US unlocked model enables WiFi calling. Doesn't apply to me since not on AT&T nor will I ever consider carrier firmware for any reason but wanted to know just for knowledge.

When I was flashing between unlocked and carriers on Att it worked WiFi calling on carrier firmware no need to do anything else , might take little time to kick in but worked , unlocked still not a option.

For some reason it takes sometimes a day or few before it kicks on , where as my T-Mobile it's instant.

Not true go look at that link i posted for XDA. You can flash for Unlocked or even the carriers you can flash Unlocked on them as well, only thing which only happens with AT&T Carrier if you flash Unlocked firmware it loses Volte and WiFi calling, but to get that to work on a Carrier if flashing Unlocked you have to flash the CSC from the Carrier firmware after you flash the Unlocked firmware then separately flash csc from Carrier and Volte and WiFi calling comes back, but there's a glitch lol once you do that software updates in settings disappears no longer there, so if you want your software updates in settings to show again, you will have to go back the Carrier version.

Probably takes time to register the IMEI in the AT&T system? I think they have some kind of server side switch that prevents services like WiFi calling so my guess it'll take time to register the IMEI to recognize as AT&T phone after flashing.

Yeah you can put the carrier CSC file in the unlocked and get this to work but you break OTA update until you flash back the correct CSC file for unlocked version.
