Notification Vibrate Issue

About a week ago the vibrate for all of my notifications changed to a really short and abrupt vibrate. I use GoSMS and I have tried changing the notification settings to different vibrate patterns and they work when using its test notification function, but when I actually get a notification it goes back to the short vibrate. It does this for any notification, whether I am on silent or my volume is on. Is anyone else having this issue?
