After much reading on this post I am feeling confident in trying this build out. I was just hoping someone could make sure I know what I'm doing. I currently have my phone rooted, but have no custom kernels etc. I flashed the new clockwork last night but haven't done anything else. Is flashing any of the froyo builds on my phone going to work exactly the same (simply use Odin)? Also, how can I guarantee I'll be able to restore my contacts/apps? I've used Titanium Backup to make a complete backup of my phone, will this recover my contacts as well? Finally, if I use the Superclean version, how can I get the bloatware back if I ever need to make my phone look stock again? Sorry for all of the questions and sounding like a noob, I just want to make sure I don't softbrick my phone etc. Thanks again!

contacts you can save with back up assitant from verizon
settings>accounts &s sync> backup assistant,,
i perfer google contacts..
settings>accounts &s sync>choose your account,> check off contacts
log onto your gmail account from a computer and check contacts section to make sure they are there
you can also export to SD card from the contacts list
menu button>import/export>export to sd card
i do all 3 because i need my contacts..
titanium will restore apps
Yes you just flash this file with odin and you will have froyo, be rooted and have clockwork all in one shot, but dont forget to put the update.zip file on your sd card... give me a couple mins im going to change the download link on the original post for Super clean to a zip file for faster downloading

Stupid question: After using the full-bloat EB01 ODIN I wanted to switch to Super Clean and give it a try. I thought that it was OK to just fully wipe and then flash Adrynalyne's ROM through CWM? What I ran into was the same problem I had with DL30/CWM previously, a /system/xbin error that aborted the installation. (I think it has to do with the busybox)
Regardless of what the problem is or my lame guess about the busybox, is there something I can do post-ODIN to enable flashing alternate EB01 ROMs directly from CWM? My fear is that something I did back with DL30 that was incorrect is still lingering on the phone somehow and screwing with CWM. I've had so many weird things go wrong with CWM lately - LOL.
It's not a big deal, certainly, as you were kind enough to make ODIN sets for the three primary ROMs I would be trying out
and just plugged it in and did it that way.

I imagine busybox is installed , if you go to titanium back up and at the bottom it says "problems" click that and it will update busy box....
i dont know why that failed for you ..... the best way to clean up is to use the DI01 gives the deepest system wipe out of the 3 available stock packages you can download that HERE
then try again, everything should work ill try it tonight

So far i'm noticing an increase in speed/responsiveness over my 2.1 DI01, signal seems to be improved (for me anyway) as well. I'm going to have fun with this!

The original fully bloated but, looks like im gonna flash the debloated one now. lol

yea you sure did. lol. Im downloading both the debloated version AND eb01 superclean. Im gonna try superclean first tho. Thanks again for all the great packaging and instructions!
I just flashed the superclean and everything went smoothly! I've got my contacts back and am installing Titanium Backup Pro as we speak! The only thing I've run into is that the Back button doesn't take me out of my Contact screen, only the home button will. It's a small thing but if anyone knows a fix that'd be awesome! Thanks again to DroidXcon and the ac forums!

First off, thanks big time Droid, i'm rooted with superclean on it. Your directions worked great, used the superclean link in your first post. My question is this. How do i tell if i have cwm? I have no update.zip on my sd card and dont see clockwork on the apps list anywhere... Curious because I will probably want to put a theme on next.

Step number 1 stated to download the update.zip file i provided there and to put it on you sd card
once this is done, shut off your phone press and hold Volume up+down+power you will see the word samsung flash twice after the second time let go. then scroll down to apply sdcard:update.zip. press the home button. this will lead you into clockwork

**** I suck, figures i forget the first step. If i do that do i need to repeat and reflash superclean, or can i just put that on the sd card and be good?
OK I'm on superclean right now and I'm loving it! If I ever decide to flash the debloated froyo ill let you know lol
