[Odin] Froyo leaked packaged custom ROMs w/root and clockwork **UPDATED**3/25

I'm downloading 2.5 as we speak.

I need to wipe before I flash it with odin. what is the procedure for that?

Im currently running EB01 superclean 2.4

I know there is a tar file so you dont have to wipe, but Id like to know how for any future needs.

If you update from 2.4 to 2.5, and use EB16SC25_DXC.tar, the wipe is done automatically. I updated from 2.4 to 2.5 by doing the non-wipe update, and it's been running strong for 20 hours without a hiccup.

thanks to cl36.... so i go back to dlo9, wipe,wipe,wipe and then flash my eb01 rom of choice..got it...which rom listed here has a voodoo kernel? thats what i really want.

adryalynes sticky has both voodoo and nonvoodoo for sc2.5.

thanks again..now i lost clockwork after flashing stock eb01 and if i apply update.zip it just brings me back to blue stock recovery...dont know where i went wrong

i used droidxcons all in one flash in post #1. you will have the new clockwork installed when your finished.

Yep, he's right. Don't forget to wipe...and flush. I tried to install the EB16SC25_DXC.tar twice and consistently got the FC (Force Close) messages. Once I wiped and rebooted...all was well.

thats one im not sure about. ive never used a voodoo kernel. im still pretty new at all this and everything ive ever read warned of consequences of voodoo if you didnt know what you were doing. try gunnermikes how to voodoo post. sorry not sure how to post the link here.

Hi - in installed DroidXCon's "Debloated/Deodexed Froyo Leak+root+Froyo Clockworkmod" a few weeks ago and my phone baseband is now, S:i500.04V.EB01, Kernel version 2.6.32.9 - I want to get SuperClean 2.5 on my phone...I have odin...how can i go about doing this? - do i have to data wipe etc?

i used voodoo plenty of times on eclair, i just need to find out if its possible to use a voodoo kernel with eb01 stock rom, and how to get cwm back...

in blue recovery, when you go down to apply sdcard:update.zip and push the home key you dont get red cwm?

Where did I go wrong?

Backed everything up with Titanium back up.
flashed EB16 SC2.5 thru odin

restored everything thru Ti backup

but wheres adw launcher and everything that was on my homescreens?

is that the difference between Ti back up and nandriod?

if so, for next time, how do I perform a nandriod backup?

no just goes back to blue every time...even tried to flash green through rm...nothing

when In Ti backup, I did restore missing apps with data. Should I have done restore all apps with data? or restore missing apps + all system data?

got it im an idiot i had 2 update .zips on my sd...guess it got confused
