I re downloaded the file and have tried the Odin package 3x now and its not working. It gets to the Android screen on start up and stays there, vibrating like its trying to force close but never finishes the start up. I even tried the unvoodoo procedure just in case I was in voodoo, same results. Ive done a wipe of the D/C caches and a phone wipe each time before trying to flash the Com Rom via Odin. I can flash SC292 via Odin, but not the Com Rom. Any ideas?

Has anything we suggested helped? I'm consulting with some actual experts (people much smarter and more knowledgeable than me) now, so it would help to know if you are still having the FC issue. thanks.

Same result....vibrating and not moving past the android start up screen. Not sure whats causing it. I can flash sc292 with no problem, starts up fine and works well. But not the cr 1.3....

I can't get the time to reappear back on the status bar. I have gone and unchecked the boxes in setting to have the time reappear but it won't.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Try to get all the boxes you want checked checked, then go down to text color, make the circle white, press the middle white circle to select it, the press back until you get to your homepage, and finally reboot.

the new links for CR_NoModem_CVx_Shark.tar is not working. If im not mistaken if im running the edo1 radio with debloated/debinged, non voodoo, the odin file will install the current version of the community rom? I'm excited to try it. Thanks for all the hard work!!

Please explain further what you mean by the new links are not working? I clicked on the links and they both took me to multiupload where I have the files. Let me know what problems you are having so I can try and troubleshoot. Thank you.

yes it takes me to the MultiUpload site with two links, the first link pulls up the download window but then does not progress, possible traffic?, the second rapidshare link takes me to "page not found" site.

And as i was typing this reply the first site is working, expected download time 1 hr. eeek.

That's odd. You should have about 5 or 6 download links at multiupload. The most reliable of those being multiupload and megaupload. Must be the traffic clicking on that link. I will see if I can download the file to megaupload and post a mirror.

Flash one of the Comm ROM packages. Comm ROM includes ad blocking.

Is there any way to do an all in one rom that includes a radio? I pretty much only have access to Macs so I can't odin and I've been on EB01 forever. I would think CommRom would run better with this radio, even though it's running pretty decent with EB01.

Sorry, only way to flash a modem/radio is through ODIN. You can package up a ROM in an ODIN flashable package with a radio, but it can't be done the other way to flash a radio in CWM.

Have you tried Heimdall?
