Haven't found anyone that has received the update yet but vzwsupport has tweeted multiple times that it is being pushed down in batches.

Apparently not a rumor cause it was VERIFIED BY VERIZON.

Just got a voice mail from verizon about an issue with my data connectivity on my thunderbolt and they confirmed the ota update started today.
