this was stated back a page or two but since it's push instead of pull i don't think it will appear when you check for updates. You have to wait until it is pushed to your device or area (not sure how they do it)

At any rate, if I was in Big Red's shoes and was going to Push updates out I'd probably plan it something like this:

A: Do it by Time Zone
B: Wait until after "normal business hours" to reduce impact to customers who need the device for business purposes. (Sorry night shift people, you lose again.)
C: I'd wait until all the retail Verizon box-stores were CLOSED in each specific time zone before beginning the rollout. (This would be done to prevent ((present company in these Forums excluded)) a stampede of Induhviduals from clogging up the showrooms babbling incoherently and waving bricked TBolts around because they thought "nothing was happening after the download finished so I powered it off even though the phone said PLEASE WAIT!" And now it won't boot up ... )

i read they're doing it via the SN of your TB.

--runs to phone, checks for 0000001 SN (i knew i should have bought it at 12:01am & paid extra for Amazon OvernightShipping)
