I'm also on hold now. The first guy transferred me to another department. I believe we are screwed getting this $99. bundle.
I sat on hold for the for almost 2 hours in total last night 3 calls and was disconnected each time. I've been on hold for 37 minutes as of right now. That must have thousands of calls in que.
Calling is a complete waste of time. After 2 hours on hold the lady said there is nothing that can be done as it's a Samsung website problem. She said keep trying to enter the info on the site or app. unbelievable.![]()
Yes I'm done too....but I will keep trying, the app no longer gives me the option....as it says, I already registered for the promotion, i should have taken a screen shot of it. Website says it doesn't recognize my IMEI number....
Did mine with the Samsung Shop app and it was a breeze. Just screen shot the "Order is processed" email and it took all of about 45 seconds to submit it through the app and it was approved just as quick. Hope everyone else can submit theirs just as easy...

Does anyone out there have a screen capture from a Webpage-based Registration (i.e. not using the App or Phone at all) of the screen that said:
My webpage changed before I remembered to do a screen capture and I couldn't get it back. And that BUY NOW button is what didn't work at all.
Weird you guys are getting issues. Using the app was flawless for me. Try reinstalling maybe? I submitted the info, waited half a day to get approved, then purchased the bundle through the app.
