Samsung and their customer service is FN horrible. They had to manually register my phone for my free VR, but mistakenly did the bundle (when there we bundles available). Ended up paying the 99 because of the deal , them possibly jacking up my order again, and didn't feel like waiting another 2 hrs on the phone. Would've much rather had someone else get that bundle.....SMH

Hey. Question. When you got your buy now link email and you clicked it.. did you log into your Samsung account to complete the order?
I don't believe so. It offered me the option to pay via PayPal which I did. My PayPal email address is different than my Samsung account. I was thinking this was my problem but the guy a few pages back had the exact situation as me and receive his right away. Go figure. :-\
Also I see nothing in my orders when logged into my Samsung account.

I'm going to give them until the end of the week to get my gift processed and then I'm going to call them again. Seeing people get shipping confirmations left and right is getting frustrating.
