Samsung and their customer service is FN horrible. They had to manually register my phone for my free VR, but mistakenly did the bundle (when there we bundles available). Ended up paying the 99 because of the deal , them possibly jacking up my order again, and didn't feel like waiting another 2 hrs on the phone. Would've much rather had someone else get that bundle.....SMH

I registered for the $99 bundle on the 19th. Heard that I was approved late on the 20th, with a purchase link; then nothing until late this evening. Finally got email confirmation that it will be here Friday by 8pm.
 
I really hope that me not logging into my account when I paid for my $99 bundle didn't delay it being shipped to me. I was told it wouldn't but I'm seeing people that ordered after me get shipment notifications :( I was just in a huge debate saying that when you pay for your bundle that the 6-8 week rule in the terms and conditions is amended and it has to ship in 1-3 business days after e commerce recieves your order that is. Sigh.
 
Paid for the $99. bundle on 4/20 and as of this morning 4/27 no shipping or tracking info. :-\

Yeah. It's getting a bit frustrating. You see people that submitted claims and payment info for the $99 bundle after you do recieve tracking info but you still have nothing. I'm getting pretty annoyed. I was told that when you make an order on Samsung.com which is what we did that it's supposed to be shipped within 1-3 business days. I was told that Brighton Indiana has all 50k bundles located at that warehouse and they don't have to wait for other other supply delivery.
 
Hey. Question. When you got your buy now link email and you clicked it.. did you log into your Samsung account to complete the order?

I don't believe so. It offered me the option to pay via PayPal which I did. My PayPal email address is different than my Samsung account. I was thinking this was my problem but the guy a few pages back had the exact situation as me and receive his right away. Go figure. :-\

Also I see nothing in my orders when logged into my Samsung account.

The reason you don't see anything on My Orders on your Samsung account is because you didn't log into your Samsung account before you completed the transaction. I'm going to give them until the end of the week to get my gift processed and then I'm going to call them again. Seeing people get shipping confirmations left and right is getting frustrating.

This is especially true since they state a first come first served policy in the terms and conditions

Omg. I'm having the worst luck. Pre ordered BB early 3/31. Picked up by 10a on 4/21. Submitted for experience box. Approved 4/22. Aaaaand nothing. I've called samsung 3x. Each time after a caring wait time from 1-2.5 hours, Someone picks up, either can't hear me or pretends they can't hear me and hangs up. I'm so frustrated. All i want is a confirmation email and possibly a link to pay.

I had to resubmit. I was told by the Tmo rep who I did the preorder with at the Tmo store that I would have to submit a pic of the side of the box to claim the promo. I had selected the $99 bundle on the initial submission and then got an email with a link to upload my EIP as my receipt and after I did that my order was approved and I submitted payment info for the $99 bundle. Now I'm just waiting for shipping confirmation.
 
I just seen a picture where someone put 10 $99 bundles down on the checkout process and has actually had then delivered. I was told that if Ecommerce ran into an order like that then it would be corrected and changed to 1 per qualifying preorder. That's obviously not the case. This is beginning to turn into a nightmare because people that have been honest are having issues getting shipping notifications.

It is frustrating. I was logged in to my samsung account, I can see my order.... Still I am in the same situation as both of you.

They'll tell you anything when you call... they told me there was a list and they were shipping by imei # which makes no sense.
 
UPDATE: Finally made contact with samsung. I was approved and just waiting on tracking. However there was an issue with me receiving an email to pay for the bundle. Should be contacted by email within 48 hours. Hopefully I can pay and after that I don't care how long it takes as long as everything works out in the end.
