Used CleanFLASH to flash Amon-Ra, it said it was successful but I can't boot into recovery now. Phone still boots to OS. Will attempt to reflash.

EDITS: Moving forward... got recovery, attempting factory reset.

Taking forever... Wondering if my having deleted VZW apps is causing this issue lol

Nope, still an issue with recovery... -_- Using the latest version of Amon-Ra what's going on here?

FUN FACT! Attempting to use cleanFLASH again to reflash recover, so I reboot my phone and plug in the USB. With the back cover off, the phone will get 3G service when it's plugged in. The USB cable must be acting as an antenna lol

My Recovery issue: was caused by using the latest version of the Amon-Ra recovery (3.11). It does not work. I ended up using the original, a link to which can be found in the CleanFLASH thread or HERE

and finally I have ICS.

So don't use the current Amon-Ra recovery, follow Scott's instructions and your install should be easy as pie.

Alright here's some technical love for Scrott's work.

I haven't figured out the screen shot business on ICS yet, unfortunately other screenshot apps don't seem to work.

So here's three runs prior to installing ICS, stock rom permanent root, senseless and bloat uninstalled.

^Average = 5803

Using the same app, 3 runs total score:

6224
6297
5501 <------HUH?!

Average: 6007.3333

That last run saw point losses in CPU integer category, but my internal storage read went to >50mbps

EDIT: Did 1 more run for shiggles. Stats are as follows.

RAM: 1421
CPU integer: 2096
CPU float-point: 890
2d graphics: 262
3d graphics: 1250
Database IO: 270
SD Card Write: 9.6mbps (96)
SD Card Read: >50mbps (204)
CPU Freq.: 1512mhz

Total: 6489

So what I'm noticing is that ICS is much better with RAM and internal storage.

Need Some Help. Flashed The Rom, Which Is Beautiful!! It seems to be having network connectivity problems, so i was gonna place the old rom back on my phone. When I reboot in Ah mon Ra, the Kernal/Image, keeps popping up asking if I would like to update. If I say no, it reboots. If I say yes, it updates then reboots. I can't get to the recovery mode because of this. How do you remove the files prompting the update?

UPDATE:
Nevermind. I figured it out, the Zipfile adds the PH98IMG zip file to the extSD card automatically. If you want to recover, you most physically take this off via file manager or microSD adapter and plug into computer.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Just flashed this ROM and everything is working great. A bug I've noticed that I don't think anyone else has mentioned is the browser flickers while in use. Is there a fix for this?

In any case, much love to you Scott and all the other devs who put so much work into this. I love you guys!

EDIT: Also, I have another question. Is there a way to change the number of rows and columns in the ICS launcher? I love that about adw and would love to see it in here. Plus the home screen just looks cramped

I installed SenselessROM 2.0 ICS this evening. I've been setting it up and I've noticed a couple of problems.

1. No Mobile Network Connection - no 4G, no 3G, no 1X, nothing
2. I could not find any place to set up speed dial numbers
3. On the lock screen, you can unlock just by tapping the camera or unlock icons
4. Can't access camera from lock screen.

I ran AnTuTu Benchmark app and I average about 6300 on SenselessROM 2.0 ICS as compared to an average of 6500 on CleanRom ICS 4.0.1

Are you serious???

Just so you know my ROM will never make any changes that affect reception... So if you are getting a certain reception thats what your phone is picking up. Maybe it was a fluke?

Yeah my battery life is usually horrendous. But that's because I refuse to dim the screen or turn off 4g. But its switched into power saving mode at 20%. Does anyone know how to turn that off?

I have a question before I try out this rom...I'm assuming I have to unlock the bootloader before I load this up? Anything else I need to do? I've rooted my Dinc, Thunderbolt, and Charge before so I'm familiar with rooting. I just got the Rezound a couple of weeks ago and wanted to wait till a decent ICS rom came out before I rooted. So, I'm not up to speed with the current methods.

I had a problem getting any 4G/3G signal when I rooted my phone. I ended up calling verizon and the tech I spoke with said that sometimes when you reset your phone, it can cause your 4G sim card to stop working. In which case you'll have to get a new 4G card. But give it some time. It took about 30 min for mine to eventually start working after doing several reboots on the phone per tech support. Seems to start working just when you're ready to give up. Go figure.

After root you're going to need to flash a custom recovery. This can be done easily using the CleanFLASH tool, also found in this forum.
