Are you referring to the current situation at droidhive? If so I imagine they won't open up again until late or tomorrow earliest. I'm sure none of the devs or admins there, who were all friends with Cassdroid, are in the mood to deal with any android-related matters at a time like this. Just my 2 cents.

I'm sure they aren't (in the mood), and I don't mean to sound callus, but the rest of us could still be carrying on conversations in the thread. One day, I'm sure I'll kick the bucket too, and I hope that those very close to me are at least a little sad. But I wouldn't want the rest of the world to stop having fun.

Yeah I know you don't mean anything negative. Its what it is though.. their site, their good friend passed away.. I totally understand them wanting to close it for a day right now. Besides the fact that the whole day would see the shoutbox filled with some annoying questions and whatever about what happened.. the ROM threads would see their usual load of people needing support from devs who just aren't in the mood for it today.

Give them a day to mourn, regroup, etc... :/

The V15 Test ROM DT put up yesterday just before the forum closure runs pretty well, but the Market was acting up yesterday, which made it a major pain in the ass. The first of Phase II (official V15) will be released tonight after DT gets home, and tweaks a couple things.

I'm coming from CNA there are things I like a lot about this Rom. One thing I would like to see would be a increase of Bluetooth volume when using the native dialing App. So far very impressed thank you for the hard work.

let us know how that comes out. i bought a skinomi wet app by accident on amazon, havent applied it yet bc i greatly prefer dry application protectors (steinheil usually, but all the bad responses about the smaller surface covering on nexus bc the curved screen has kept me away this time).

have used a re-earth, not great but covered everything nicely, and now im just using the one that came with my diztroniic tpu case. doesnt cover enough but it's tolerable. barely.

just cant really stomach the tackiness of wet app screen protectors generally.

Well it's drying now. It's my second go 'round. Of course, it's not perfect...I just counted 2 specs of dust. But that being said, it feels great--MUCH better than the Zagg on my DINC.

Screen protector applications are my weak point,haha :-[
I prefer dry application type but have used both types (only dry type on GN so far tho)
I got lucky and almost got a perfect application last time I put screen protector on,(got one screen protector left over out of a 3 pack )

Those air cans can help get the dust off first. Also heard that steaming up the shower and applying it in there can keep the it off.

I just like the harder surface of dry app. Feels more like glass.

I might do that too. Probably not until V15 comes out tonight though. Too many goodies in it to wait an extra day or two. Besides, since V15 will start Phase II of Patient Zero, I suspect the updates will be more frequent once it starts.

I need a change of scenery anyway. I'm so tired of listening to these folks beg in the Hive constantly about wanting a new ROM.

Yeah Hive seems like amateur hour compared to XDA/RW. No disrespect to them, they can't help it .
