Im somewhat disappointed at where AOKP is right now as far as a JB ROM for the nexus. I'm not expecting them to have all their features from ICS baked into jB anytime soon, but I sure wasnt expecting every other nightly I flashed to be borked either.

I just tried flashing their newest nightly and the phone rebooted with no google now and no connection to google's servers. Contacts all out of whack... Guess I'm staying on my previous aokp build until either it matures or I grow tired of waiting and jump ship.

Yeah getting much better battery life and performance right now on Bugless Beast then I was on AOKP.....

Sounds like u didn't flash gaaps with the ROM. I'd give it another shot, latest AOKP build is SOLID. I'm absolutely having no issues with the latest build, battery life is the best yet (Franco on Wheatley). Aokp is back!

if the latest GAPPS is 7/29 then I definitely did flash it with the ROM, however I'm using TWRP and I used the automatic queue to flash both together, maybe thats what did it. Never had a problem before... o well. Yah I guess I'll give it another shot in a few hours

Honestly, who checks their data when their talking on the phone?lol.
I didn't know android could do that, you mean you can have a conversion and check team stats on the browser at the same time? Wow, crazy, is this exclusively on Nexus or just new to all android phones now?

Hey Lucy.. you got some essplaining to do... lol! <-- D- I hope you old enough to get that one....

so what you can be on a phone call and be on the web or other app if you have a 4G signal?
I would guess speaker phone and than open up some other app and run it simultaneously.
