Going by just the cashew link or another? I'm always hesitant taking right from the dev's individual folder. Kca is on it; if it matches with the official we'll have a mirror up VERY quickly.

-factory reset
-format system

Clean flash:
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe caches and wipe system (not crucial, but you should)
Flash ROM, flash gapps
Reboot
