FWIW, I have this ROM running on a Samsung Fascinate at home. Runs like a champ!

I love it on my GN too. I think will be my daily driver from now on, but there are a few things the CNA has (in ICS) that I would like to see. Not sure if these things might become part of CM10 or if I should start looking at other options.

First is I would like to get Fast Charge mode. Is something I might expect from CM or should I start looking at kernels? I would prefer to just use the kernel the ROM ships with, but I might take the plunge if Fast Charge isn't something CM will do.

Secondly, I want to control how many home screens I have. I would rather have this baked into the ROM, if it's not likely to show up in CM then I'll start looking at launcher apps.

Fast charge is an option on France (and I think Trinity, too) and both have color mods, so you should be good with either one.

As for the home screens, just DL Apex or Nova. I think they are both updated for JB now.

Not sure about the fast charge, though they are pretty good with kernel customization.

As for the homescreens, most don't worry about it (I think) because there are launchers in the Play Store that can do it without having to bake it into their ROM code.

Well excuuuse me. Did someone get up on the wrong side of the bed or what? Wow. I wasn't seriously complaining. Just wondering why the navigation bar mods weren't built into CM10 yet. I didn't realize they weren't in CM9 either. I was using AOKP for the most part for ICS.

Quick question- I'm going to attempt to dirty flash the next update of this ROM over the 8-6 version I'm currently using. I DO NOT need to re-flash gapps, correct?

I've never attempted a dirty flash, always gone the complete wipe route, so I'm just trying to be sure.

yeah, probably time to clean out some ghosts anyways. No time this week (or next) to fully back up the SD and wipe it clean like I want, but that's definitely a "before August is over" project.

I don't know. It's all relative. Not sure how much has changed. Since it's a whole new build I'm going to flash it clean. Could always just make a backup before flashing dirty and see what happens though

@7, I'm definitely not wiping my entire SD partition yet... just standard data/cache/dalvik/system.

I haven't wiped my whole SD in months, so it's getting to a point where I want to really clean the whole thing out. I do full wipes a bit more often lately (since being on JB) so that's better than nothing.

Looking at the merges, it looks like mostly camera stuff in the newest build, and a few things with the keyboard. Don't see any new features yet.

Edit: hmmm, garbage collection system wide or per app? For virtual memory heap?

I tried flashing again and making sure md5 sums were correct and the install is still aborting. Man I was really excited to try this one out too. Doing a clean wipe etc. Any others have this problem. I'm coming from aokp jb
