I get this and the other "invalid purchase" from time to time. I know it is from switching between CM7 and CM9, since I can restore the opposite one when I get an error and complete the download. I just don't know how to solve it.

Play Store just has my LS670 registered as a single device. My Kindle Fire shows as three devices from stock, CM7, and CM9 ROM. Not sure why the phone shows as one device, but I am convinced this is why the errors appear, since I never get it switching ROMS on the Kindle Fire.

If this is answered somewhere, i deeply apologize.

However, just flashed your ROM yesterday and everything is working beautifully now (alpha10G), but I can't seem to get WiFi working. I switch it on and nothing happens. Any fix?

Switch on, then reboot. Or toggle airplane then wifi. Check the op and 2nd post for more tips. Last would be to reflash the test10 kernel.

Exactly. Mine too.

G'apps is fine - except for the Voice Search.. even when downloaded from the Market.

Google voice search from the market does work, however you need to delete it from /system/app first.

I've had this issue for a long time now, since they updated to Play Store. It comes and goes. Sometimes it goes when I do a total wipe and clean install; other times, it stays. I've tried every suggestion everywhere to fix it, including downgrading Google Play Store, clearing /cache and Dalvik, clearing /cache and Dalvik after I clear the app's cache and data, logging out of my account and clearing /cache, . . . all of it.

If anyone (and I mean ANYONE) has a new suggestion, hit us with it.

what works for me >applications>all>goggle play> uninstall updates....this gets me in and downloading, after which google automatically upgrades and all is well... for the rare times that uninstalling updates isn't available I install a copy of old market...google will automatically upgrade with no further problems

I fixed my "Package file is invalid." problem in perhaps the most horrible way: added an sd-ext partition to my SD card . . . without backing up any of the files on said SD card.

Oops. (In my defense, it was 3 AM and I was stressed about an upcoming trip.) Lost a couple of nandroid backups, and a whole boatload of compromising pictures. Dagnabbit.

BUT, after creating the new partition and using ShadowEO's Mounts2SD, I can install and update apps. I . . . don't ask me why.

Just back up the stuff on your SD card first.

Figured that since we're on ICS 4.0.4, I'd post the S-Voice APK :3

It does work, Speech requires you to extract the APK and copy libsvoxtts.so to /system/lib (and a TTS engine that works, I use Ivona Kendra)

The only things that don't seem to work for me are the Music controls and the name changing. You can install this APK normally but if you want it to talk, copy the library before you install it.

That...is interesting. But I don't think I'll be making use of that unless I can get my paws on a bigger memory card, lol...I'm just about out of space on mine!! (Then again, I wasn't too fond of Siri on the iPhone 4S anyway...)

First off - Great ROM - thanks theKraven for taking my Optimus first to Gingerbread, and now to ICS.

Now for an issue I've not seen posted elsewhere...

1) When you have a Password set on your lockscreen, the 'Power button instantly locks' is unchecked, but still the Power button will always lock the phone. I can't figure any way around having the Power button lock immediately.

wish I had your battery life I play some songs in the morning and browse the web on n off throughout the day mine us at 26% and was unplugged at 730 this morning. haven't changed any settings for CPU.
