I just edited the updater script as thekraven stated above, transferring to phone now to retry. Deja voodoo all over again.

I'm enjoying everything except my home action key doesn't seam to work at all n my Lock screen doesn't even so up it just goes right to my phone home page I'm on alpha 16

im not sure what the prob was. I installed this rom, and after that the play store said that gmail isnt compatible with my device. Same with the android central app.

right now i am back with quattrimus

So, I don't like any or the CM9 alarm ringers. And, I got tired of copying everything over every time and changing permissions, etc.
So, I made this zip file for flashing in recovery that has the CM7.2 ringers, notifications, and alarms.

Flash in recovery. Just be sure to turn off signature verification as I didn't change the zip anymore than to only flash this to system and give permissions.

each time I let the boot animation run for 10 + minutes...
edit: wanted to clarify that I did wipe everything in between each try...

Hmmm...I just flashed 16c with COT and it booted up. I wiped/formatted everything but data. The only problem I had was all of my Google apps stopped working (they were still there but would close themselves immediately after opening) but going back into recovery and reflashing gapps fixed it.

down loaded 16c this am I've tried to flash it 3 times each time clearing everything and it gets stuck on the cid animation. not sure if everyone else is having this issue or not. I feel like a noob.........

Wow, I guess I'm considering myself lucky.
Running vm670, zv9, vm670nh recovery. Savagedzen gov at 245min and 748 max. My phone acts up with anything higher. Installed the blacked out mms (looks and works great)
Running a15f with VM fix.
No issues what so ever.?
I always use Leslieanns wipe. I've got SD formatted to ext but haven't got that working yet. Bluetooth a2dp working and calls fine. No reboots after hang ups.
I haven't even noticed any clock lag either. My alarm went off fine past 2 days right as scheduled. Using myclock (I like the math problem)
Only issue noticed is the deep sleep, but even thats partially working. Thanks so much!

So 16c hangs on boot for me also. I'm currently running 15e with wifi as my only problem( I've tried the work arounds) 15f wouldn't do tether for me and would mess up while playing music. Other than that this rom is the shiznit! Oh my battery stats say I've been unplugged for 2 hrs, its been unplugged for 5 hrs now..lol

I wanted to report that MMS is not working on alpha15F with the stock sms app.

My device is VM670.

Reporting:

- Audio fix for alpha16 speakerphone (low volume issue) during calls works like a charm
- MMS works on alpha16
- Dedicated ringtones does not work (dedicated = specific contact - specific ringtone (different from default ringtone))

I'm about to flash alpha16c, I'll report back in a few minutes.

BTW: my device is a VM670 with Cannibal 1.2 recovery.

So, I noticed I edited my build prop file where the spelling error was for deep sleep an fixed that. But, after rebooting and letting it sit I got the clock lag. It wasn't there before I changed it. So I just took it back off again to see if it goes back to good again.

I just wiped everything through the recovery (cache,system,date,factory reset) and tried 3 times over and over. I eventually got it to flash. You have to keep trying

I just followed the developer recommendations. Either have Xionia or COTv1.2 installed then install the rom, in my case the VM fix and finally gapps. prior to that I run a program by leslieAnn to wipe the phone three times, she has two apps one for new ROM and another for updated ROM.
