my logic wants me to keep it "just in case" i need a back up phone for a few days, but I could use the cash too. and plus I have my Old pre plus i can use... I may try to sell it, a little (or ALOT) of money never hurt anyone and its in MINT condition with 16GB sd...

I could never sell my incredibe.
It was(IS) my first android phone.
Actually I have never sold any "retired" phone either, even still have my first smartphone blackberry 8330 , lol , sooooooo Im not starting now.
Plus I feel the incredible will always be a classic , in my eyes anyhoo

Well even though I got the error it seems to be working OK. I reflashed again just to be sure but got the error again. Rebooted, lost my 8gggggggg's but Wi-fi works, gmail works, web works, e-mail works, no FC's and the build say's it's Nightly 40.

Hugh... Go figure.

I was just away in maryland for three days (best friend's wedding) and i feel like i missed a month of android action.

@seth - selling or keeping the inc is a hard decision. When i sold the first dinc i had, i didn't really have a choice, because it did not really belong to me (it was half a loaner from my friend), buut i got lucky and got a new (really used beat up) dinc. Honestly tho, i dont have enough time during the day to really mess with 2 phones compulsively (i just got the dinc set up for wifi and use it around the house to play games and surf the web when family members want to use my cpu or the tbolt battery is going).

Back on subject - about to flash 40 and check out these camera additions

Doesn't look like they did too much, though. I'll probably wait another one or two before I reflash. Once I get a sec, though, I think I'll try to put together a post on ninja morphing to get way stuff to happen.

#41 so far seems very smooth. I was starting to get some lag in #39. I'm using the incredikernal (sp?)...is that the best battery saving kernel for CM7?

Not a lot of changes in #41, but they did fix the flash error that prevented the kernel from being installed... So we have that going for us... which is nice.

I think it's a matter of personal preference. I've been using the stock kernel with no issues for a while now.

Yep, 41 is rocking it. No problems to report here, and in fact if anything its smoother. My Facebook app is t!t$ up but I'm pretty sure that was because of the "update " they just put out...way to go all BB 9530 on it FB.

Well here's something odd, since I flashed #41 my home screen no longer rotates. I've checked and rechecked my settings and they are correct. When I'm in an app like gmail or anything else it rotates just fine but not the main home screens.

Don't you think that saying the Facebook app is borked is redundant?

For your rotation - check System Preferences in ADW settings and see what your Home Orientation is set to.
