Do you have haptic set up for the Kbd?

When is the haptic not working?

I'm not super knowledgeable on all the terminology here, so what is KBD?

Also, it seems like it almost always stops working when I am in the middle of texting and it has been vibrating repeatedly for several seconds.


EDIT: Now I am assuming kbd is just keyboard. I thought you were getting all technical, haha. But yes. Keyboard and all other haptic settings are set to defaults.

Have you messed with the custom settings in the "profiles"?

I was messing with them once and it got my all my stuff out of whack...like my emails would arrive with some different ring tone I had never set, some times it would vibrate sometimes it wouldn't. When I answered a call or placed a call it would do a double-vibration even though in the phone settings I had it set to not vibrate.

I eventually reset all the profiles to the way they were originally and my world returned to sanity.

LoL yeah those profiles settings will get ya everytime.Especially if you forgot you changed them.Like I did once

Thanks for the suggestion, but that can't be it. I have never touched my profile settings. It is all still default.

I am a huge fan of Picasa.... I can upload anything directly from my phone to my Gmail (photos) with just a few clicks... I love it, I have never used photobucket, so I dont know if it is as easy...

it is really easy but since i rarely use it i never checked out picassa. sounds good tho. another google product that i will probably use eventually.

I am sitting here and just thinking about how happy I am with my Incredible... I have absolutely NO issues whatsoever with it... and It is almost 2 yr old technology... I do not regret sending back the thunderbolt at all... I still have my upgrade but nothing is really catching my eye at the moment... I do like the Charge specs, but it is somewhat ugly.... I just like how easy it is to Root and ROM... and the screen is amazing, the only thing I hate about my phone is that I cant see the screen in direct sunlight...

SO... I have been on SkyRaider for sometime now, and Have zero complaints, my phone has never run better.... what are some of the new features of the new nightlies or stable CM updates... I would like to know... thanks ahead of time

Just a fyi about seeing the screen in direct sunlight that same is true with the dx.The dx is not much better then the incredible and I have the Amoled screen on incredible.
Hopefully the Next generation of phones are improved in that area.
I dont see any new phones yet either that WoW me ha and got a upgrade option at any time now

Photobucket is easy to me but I have never used Picasa so cant say if its easier haha

I just really want a good reason to come back to CM... really I do... skyRaider has my heart man... NO probs at all and running smoother than ever... I haven't even flashed any custom kernels... Battery life is stellar too... I know it won't happen, but if CM could get their camera act together and battery life as good as what I am getting now, I would jump ship again I do miss LLoyd on his skateboard did you get the custom splash I zipped for skyraider, i posted it and others on 'how to create and share custom splashes' on the the rooting roms and hacks section. there is also a really sweet one that ZERO NECK created for CM7, it is of WOLVERINE (really freakin tight), i just helped him to zip it... hes got a mac and cant

awesome... Im glad someone is enjoying them... I love making and zipping them for peeps... If you ever want to make one and have trouble getting it into the zip format just let me know and I will do it for you... giving you FULL credit of course

Meh. Same old same old. Excellent ROM, excellent battery life, not too much for new features that I noticed. I actually flashed the new liquid metal rom, and it's pretty decent. The only major issue I have for far is that MLB at bat isn't compatible! That may very well be a deal breaker for me, though I'll probably make a nandroid before I head back to CM7.
