Grr. My lockscreen is not coming on when the screen goes off. When i hit a button to wake phone i get home screen and no lovk.

I've been getting a "Google Talk authentication failed" since I loaded the rom. Also, the stock power widget bar shows up but is just blank.

I just reflashed the ROM and I'm not getting the "Google Talk" Error any longer, however the stock power widget still has the blank issue.

Install the power widget to your screen, then reboot. It works.

Music refuses to play because the music app doesnt notice I have an sdcard plugged in, cant use music as ringtone because even rings extended says I have no music. Every time I press the home button it makes me re-choose the default launcher to use. Giving Optirom a shot.
On the plus side it now boots in about 5 seconds.

Loving the rom just have one thing. Sometimes wen i press a batton to wake the phone it wont wake. Ill try allvthe bartons an nothing will gave to wait a lil bit an try again or pul batt. Not whats wrong or what u did.

Anyone having lockscreen issues? I just don't like having an unlocked phone when I hit the power button to turn the screen off, then turn back on and not have the lock screen.

Haven't had any. Using 1.1.5 now but 1.1 worked fine for me as well.Just annoyed over the kernel issue lol. Had problems loading OptiRom as well, since the kernel is built in, to try it out. But i finnaly got it to work after a few reboots. Seems very quick with the OCing but once i soft reset never know when it will work or not. But for some reason cannot get the kernel to work with stock or grom at all. thinking its a hardware issue maybe older phones have this problem.

For some reason the Ad blocking isn't working for me in 1.1.5, it worked before. My hosts file is definitely not empty. What can I do?

An OC kernel is not included however you can use GingerKernel to overclock

No, not yet. Have you tried the latest WiFi tether? Its hot spot capable. I have not had time to try it but use it in my Evo 3D ROMS and peeps love it. Give it at try and let us know!

So go to a site like... ummm... any with ads... Choose desktop UA and tell me if you see any ads.

WiFi Tether for Root Users - v3.1b6 supports infrastructure mode + WPA2, although it crashes your phone (reboots) when you try to stop tethering... Otherwise good speeds and faster than the native tethering (also it is much faster to get a DHCP address compared to the native tethering)

I've used the wifi tether. I was looking for a non adhoc wifi like the native (disabled) hotspot.
