I have grom on and had sprint move service from my crackberry back to the newly rom'ed optimus. Voice service worked for a a while, but when I called sprint for assistance on the data they pushed a hands free activation and now voice and data do not work. Anyone else had this issue?

Clean Wipe, installed ROM, when set up completes you rebooted and then added the power control widget?

Thats why I said do a reboot. Thats all that needs to be done. Its the way the launcher initializes the graphics in the widgets. Its wierd, I know. But it was what I had used in CleanROM and when people did exactly as I indicated not one single complain about it. I will try to find a better launcher that doesnt cause this crap but for now this is all I got for a low res screen. Well, I got another one actually but... I cant theme it the way I want it. Its wierd too. But yeah..... Launchers are not my thing, lol.
power control was messed up for me also. what i did was. place it on the screen and then did a battery pull
. and POOF!! problem solved

hmm if you got another. lets see it on your next release maybe??. although launchers are like a whatever thing to me. its cool to see a few good ones on a screen like ours. however. all i really like is a nice, good, fast, clean ROM for the most part. not to much right?? well anyways i said it once ill say it again GOOD WORK!!. this IMO is one of my fav ROMS so far and i have kraven's rom on my fiance's phone. but ima stick to gROM for now.

Sorry, I am having the same issue with the Power Control Widget. I have Clean Wiped, rebooted and then added the power widget, it has no graphics.

for me it was a battery pull. WITH IT ALREADY ON THE SCREEN. cause a manual reboot didn't work out for me. and i really didn't want to deal wit something so small bringing down something put together so well. all in all see if that works out for ya. if not. i'd say just re-install the ROM entirely. and put the power widget before rebooting your phone before doing anything else

Yes, thats the trick!!!! Reboot after you assign it! I was wondering why it worked for me but not others. Ok, makes sense now!

The new market doesn't let me download a lot of apps and claims that they are "incompatible" for my device - including Facebook, Yelp, and QuickPic.
If I revert to the old Market, everything works again. Anyone has encountered this problem?

The new market is quirky but I will check it out. If that is the case I am reverting it in the next build.

Ah, seems like because I have a custom DPI set. Looks like the new Market has a feature that disable any apps that it thinks are incompatible, and screen size is one of their criteria. Setting a non-std DPI makes it fall out of this criteria. Bummer... I just overwrote the Vending.apk with the old one in stock and deleted MarketUpdater.apk to hope that it will keep Market from force upgrading.
Anyways, any chance you will apply the tweak for making the WiFi scan longer in build.prop?
