[ROM] Incredibly Re-Engineered v2.3 [02-8-11] Fast, Beautiful, and Simply Magnificent

Installed and have the re-engineered ROM running. How do I now install the mods? I am using ROM Manager.

Up and running v2.3 Love it! Easy to read the fonts that are stock. Very snappy! Need to make some adjustments to maximize battery life.

Ok I installed this and everything was working fine. Wanted to try and flash the carbon fiber lock screen. Downloaded it to my root of sd card. Downloaded and installed Metamorph. unziped/extracted new theme from sd card. rebooted. and still have the same theme? What did I do wrong?

hey guys read the second post over on xda VERY THOROUGHLY. all of the answers to your questions are there. just need to take the time to read.

I love this ROM. I wiped my battery statistics 3 days ago and wanted a few cycles before I reported anything. I took it off the charger last night. Today after light to moderate use. Right now I am at 16% and am at 27:18:45 UP TIME and am at 5:12:45 AWAKE TIME. I recently have been turning off wifi/3G and turning them on when I check email and stuff. I am freaking ecstatic with my battery life and this ROM. Prior to being rooted I used to have to plug in late afternoon to make it through the day. At this rate I will make it till I go to bed with 24 hours plus being off the charger.

chingy you killed it! This thing is incredible!

Ok I am trying to fix the lock screen. I downloaded the file and used Metamorph to install it per the instructions. Get an error message on the install wanting for force close the Mail.com.yahoo.mobile.client.android.mail. Can't figure it out.

I have downloaded and installed the battery meter part without a problem but can't seem to figure out how to do the lock screen. any help is appreciated.

Wondering if anyone can help me out here,
I am trying to flash Incredibly Re-Engineered 2.3.
I have encountered a big issue.
As usual flashed latest clockwork, booted in clockwork, wipe data, wipe cache partition, wipe dalvik cache, went to choose zip from sd card, nav to the zipped up rom.
It started to install then stopped saying this,

amend scripting (update-script) is no longer supported.
amend script was deprecated by google in android 1.5
it was necessary to remove it when upgrading to the clockworkmod 3.0 gingerbread based recovery.
please switch to edify scripting (updater-script and update-binary) to create working update zip packages.
Installation aborted

What the hell is that and how do I fix this,
I just did a nandroid restore, so the phone is back up and running.
I have flashed tons of roms, and this has never happened, It must have something to do with the latest clockwork recovery update
Thanks
Ken

Update,
I have been told it is the clockwork recovery 3.0.0.5 that is the problem, this rom does not yet support the latest recovery version.
True/False?

is anyone only seeing half the pics on page one? "bandwidth exceeded"....

Anybody have troubles dismissing or snoozes the alarm? I can't find how to stop the alarm in the mornings, there is not pop up windows option as usually. When I unlock the phone have to restart the phone to shut off the alarm.

Hmmm idk. My alarm went off this morning with a pop up like normal but in a different looking window. Maybe it depends on what alarm you use.... This is my second day using this rom, its only been 25min since I left home and I'm at 89% with minimal use :/

youre using the "Sense" clock with the vanilla lockscreen, you have to use the vanilla clock to be able to turn it off. its the more square clock, not the round htc one in the app drawer. unless you change your lock screen to the sense ones it wont work.

as far as battery mines been excellent ive been on this since it came out, and i take it off the charger sometimes at night and i wake up its on 95-94% left on 3G/ 97-96% on wifi.
