Anyone know why, when i am using the MIUI (I think thats the initials) and i select the messaging unlock option it restarts my phone?

You need to go into TSM parts and set a application for that option to be routed to. TSM parts than custom app than pic ur messaging application.

Really? I'm not sure its purely coincidence. 3g was fine one hour/day the next hour/day I have a new Rom and its dropping...

You can also try updating the radio and see if that makes a difference. Even though there are plenty of people running CR 2.0 with EC01, maybe that's the issue. There's a thread about updating radios

I'd give that a shot, and if that doesn't work, try the ESN swap and if worse comes to worst, you can always ODIN back to stock and go from there. Sorry if I got her phone all screwed up...

ED03 is the latest...however, I switched over from ED01 and haven't noticed a difference yet.. either one will be ok.

I'm sorry to say it too but I don't think I'm believing the data issues are Verizon anymore either. It's been like a month and a half at least since they've been saying that and I keep going to 1x. Hopefully someone figures out what happened in Superclean 1.3 and fixes it, it definitely sucks. The rom and everything is great but I guess you have to expect something to go awry when adding 3rd party software.

i kinda agree with you, my signal went down hill after the superclean 2.9.2 but the phone is a lot faster than before and gps locks in seconds. going to play with my wife's phone and make it stock and see if there is any difference

home screen vanishes

I flashed this yesterday. Seems zippier than SC, but I am having the same problem. I open 2 apps, suddenly allt he icons on my mains screens anishes. takes about a minute for them to return. I can go to my apps menu and it shows the scrolling apps but those are frozen too. This was the reason I wanted to try this new ROM as SC was doing the same thing. Any one run in to this before?
edit: Sorry forgot to say yes I performed a full data wipe, cache and dalvik cache, and updated cwm. This is only my second flash but I follwed the instructions to a "T". Interstingly enough it started doing this BEFORE I restored any of my programs. Right from first boot up it began happening so I know it isnt anythign I have installed

I have the same problem.. I am having bit of a problem setting up ADB and logcat.. Soon as I can get this to work..I will post them. I know my setting for locksceen style is Miui.




I went from 1.3 Com/Comavolt to 2.0 PBJ -50. Anyway, I will post the logcat again as soon as I can.

At the bottom of the voltage control page there is a "States" tab. Click that and check the 100mhz. That should enable it

I just thought i would throw this out there - I aint having problem one!!!

Started on SC 2.9 something, not sure which one. Had the eco1 modem.

I took the plunge and wiped my phone completely. Downgraded to stock. Updated twice through verizon. Odin cwr3.0. wiped, cleaned wiped cleaned etc. Installed without hitch. Used paid version of titanium to restore all my apps and data, and everything seems to be flying smoothly. Battery probably seems better, but it was slow at work and I was playing Plants vs Zombies all day, got home and was at around 40%. No force closes, no hang ups. Flashed the 2.0 with pbj-50 (the updated one). No 3g signal issues, if anything running better. Seems faster. So for me, it worked great, in case anyone was wondering otherwise. Weatherbug works fine. In my house, no matter what phone on what service, reception sucks, but gps locked in great. I am guessing there are more people having no problems that just aren't saying anything, then there are people with problems. Not too many people say that everything is fine, and i think thats what may shy some of us away from doing this. Was for me at first. But backup backup backup is the key and if it dont work, back it up to what did.

That's my two cents and thanks to everyone here, mods and members for so much help and info. Love this phone, and can't say nothing but good things about it and this site triples how awesome it is.
