2.6 includes voodoo, why flash the EB01 kernel? And I'd go with the 2.7 voodoo since it has the EB16 dummy kernel built in so you don't have to flash it.

voodoo is a faster file system and has other improvments over RFS.

If you don't know chances are the answer is NO.

Usually voodoo roms and kernels are marked with a V or the dev will specify in their install instructions.

no i dont support voodoo for various reasons,,,,and doing it with odin is more work then just flashing it directly

Its fake flash. You need to load update.zip or boot from Rom Manager.

Now that my phone boots straight into Red CWM due to flashing the "cwm-recovery-ALL" tar will I be able to use Odin to flash the other files you create? I think I read in a post somewhere that Blue CWM was needed for your files.

Ok, thanks. I'd seen it mentioned that 2.6 had it and just wanted to know if I had it or not so I knew how to answer future "are you using Voodoo" questions.

so i tried to flash 3.x from rom manager but it still boots 2.5.x

I installed 3.x in ROM Manager then..

I booted to red automatically then did the installed the update.zip in that menu... That got me to CM 3.x
