Now that my phone boots straight into Red CWM due to flashing the "cwm-recovery-ALL" tar will I be able to use Odin to flash the other files you create? I think I read in a post somewhere that Blue CWM was needed for your files.

yeah you can use odin but it will over write recovery....there is flaw when using odin and cwm direct boot,,, whenever i try to use the new one it boots into recovery and it doesnt load properly, because when you boot it boots into recovery. so you would have to wipe cache and data manually after every odin flash, .... i think from now on i will just load stock recovery then let the user download rom manager if they want clockwork

Update: Cleared Dalvik - Flashed new SC 2.71 in Yellow/Orange recovery 3.x - Rebooting fine..

I flashed via ODIN back to 2.6 and it was working....

Just flashed SC2.7.1nv and No problems! Booted rightup and all apps reinstalled no problem. No lost data and no brick!

I just converted from SC2.6v on EB01/EB16 hybrid to EB01 and SC2.7.1nv

I've kinda gotten used to the clockwork I'm in (the one with cw all that takes you straight to red). Is cw 3.x required to load this new one? And if not, I read the response, but I couldn't make sense of it - what's the advantage of this new ability "edify" and being able to use 3.x?

If it wont even load then you have other issues, or a bad download.
