I'm not knocking on TER, it was my first ROM I flashed and ended up being my favorite, because of how silky smooth it ran. But saying EB13 is a downgrade, you'll be lying to yourself. A lot of the bugs of Dk28 are now gone and my smartbench scores between TER and EB13 arent that much different. BTW I'm not sure why a EB13 TER can't be made. Isn't it a simple cut and paste process?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask this question. I'm running TER 1.5/mini 1.8/with the first version of genocide (setcpu @ 1000 max and 100 min for better battery from my understanding). I also use Roam control and juice defender default and to turn 3g off, most the day while at work, as I do not get sprint service in the office.
Several times today I got an error (usually when opening messaging) saying something along the lines of I've been signed out of services try again later. Also several of my txts would fail both on roam and sprint (both had several service bars). After a reboot or two started working again but also on each reboot was asked if google could use my location (which hasn't never happened before). I've been running this setup for over a week now with no problems, is there a reason i would be getting this abnormal activity all of a sudden? Sorry for the long post and if I'm worrying about nothing. Thanks again for all the help on the forums so far from everyone.

Yes there is a lot of cut and paste and also some re-coding behind it. Unfortunately Ragnarokx the dev is also our Moderator and he has been given additional duties which will take away from his time to develop. So instead of giving only 100% to our great visitors he has decided to step down and stick with his original roll as Moderator and give everyone the 110% that they deserve!

Probably a product of the new kernel causing this issue.
Just one man's opinion. Never had any major problems with DK28 myself. And I personally never run benchmarks - I just see how long it takes things to load and how fast I can get from screen to screen. Much more accurate in, again, this man's opinion

No rush with TrulyEpic - I'm sure you've got your hands extremely full with MIUI, which looks amazing by the way. Can't wait to see it finished. And thanks for giving us an update

Yes this will be great news to the many fans of the original TrulyEpic and the new generation of TrulyEpic Rebirth fans..
Hate to ask more of your already full plate but is there ever going to be an updated AMLauncher, I think it was rumored but that was a while back? Still my favorite launcher of all, beats the rest hands down in speed and the roll a dex style app list... Thumbs up!
BTW, I will be PM a question on the AMLauncher I had when I used it for TER's Mini Theme.. Whenever you get around to answering that will be fine.. No rush

What is MIUI if I may ask? Best I can tell is that it is another ROM. How does it stack up against TER?
Hey Paul I finally found that the new genocide would work on DK28 for sure am now running that but still having the same issues. asking for google permission to use location all the time and also forgot to mention my email wasn't working. anytime i try to open it FC's it used to work until a day ago (well sort of it wouldn't load emails from my hotmail account only pick up new unopened emails) but now straight FC's when trying to open. Like I mentioned before been running this setup for awhile whit no real glitches, now battery seems to be running quicker than before and getting these wierd glitches coming up. should I reflash TER 1.5 over top or would that cause more problems (assuming i use the non wipe version I really don't want to wipe my phone again). Thanks again for the help.
I'm sure this was already posted, but I've been looking for quite awhile to answer to this question. I'm on DK28 with an EXT4 file system. What are my options to get EB13?

cbrooks I used this from xda as I was able to follow the steps better than the AC forum. It is very helpful and has several options to choose from for the upgrade.

as you can see from my last post I was having issues with my current setup of TER so I gave in and ran the last resort (easiest) option as it reflashes phone to stock EB13. it is really easy and requires no change from DK28 TER just install and follow directions as it says. I then came back to AC and found the Rag/paul post on rooting to CW3, all done in about 10 min with no hitches.
P.S. there are other posts in AC that talk about getting EB13 so if you are in doubt look there not in the TER forum. I hope this help and I'm pretty much a noob at this stuff so good luck.

Only true to a point.. Since this person is on DK28 with EXT4 then they are rooted.. Backup your stuff in Titanium or MyBackUp and then you can Odin back, install Froyo EB13 then root & install MyBackup/Titanium and restore DATA ONLY after redownloading your apps.
Multiple EB13 upgrade options are in the post above yours.
Yeah, I saw that. Was just curious if anyone had any idea TER stacks up against some of the other ROMS?
