According to the Apache 2.0 and AOSP, you granted permission when you posted your work. Do you have your sig file posted of your Individual Contributor License Grant? When you applied for your license, it clearly stated that you were to leave the software open sourced.

Some menus/lockscreen appear clipped offscreen a little

Oh yeah menus sometimes overlap

Its not the DPI, as your using the original build.prop

It's the device being MDPI and not HDPI
