Thanks for the quick response. I wasnt really saying it was a problem so much as just kinda letting you know about it. I dont know why specifically it is the battery icon that appears to have the issue. In Your Mom Rom 1.0 there was no issue, but then again there was no reboot/recovery patch either. If you dont have the reboot/recovery mod no one would ever notice. Again I wasnt really reporting a problem, just kinda offering something I noticed and a solution that worked for me.

So this is the first time I flashed a custom ROM after recently rooting my phone.
Holy crap the battery life is leaps and bounds better. Don't know how you did it but wOw.

So I finally took the plunge and upgraded to this ROM over the weekend, my first custom ROM. Been rooted for a few months, finally decided to drop stock after reading about CarrierIQ in the tech news again and again. Wow! This thing flies... Using gingerkernel v08, not overclocked - but it still seems way faster than the stock ROM. Maybe that's wishful thinking but I have no complaints so far. Was a bit nerve wracking to delete all user data etc in recovery and see the dire warnings come up, but now I've done it once I won't be scared the next time around. Looking forward to the new Hydro ROM. Thanks for all the great work!

I'm still on 1.0 will be flashing soon enough the only thing I'm looking for though is the ability to use headphones and the handset mic at the same time..
Other than that it does work great.
On a side note are there plans for power profiles IE:
when i'm on the go and its plugged in Max clock 748 min clock 600
or when im on the computer like now and just using it as a glorified mp3 player Max Clock 245 min clock 122
and stuff in the middle to control heat build up

That bugs the heck out of me too as I kinda need it! Unfortunately, it is an issue with the proprietary bits handed to us in ZVH, so no fix is likely to happen until Sprint/LG decides to fix it. [Frowny face with a beard from waiting] Not trying to sway you away, but this feature does work in the ZVD Sprint-based ROMs, such as Reborn and sROM.
well that's where I was thinkering find out how and why it works there and duplicate it here. I know it's not hardware, why did it work with ZVD, how can it be modified to work with ZVH. Can the piece of code in ZVD just be copied and pasted, probably not, but you get the gest. This is all I am asking. I'm sorry I don't have even the faintest idea how the coding works, but thinking outside the box is what I do, just trying to toss relevant ideas with possible solutions out. But PLEASE don't get me wrong I do most certainly love the MOM ROM it is awesome battery life has increased 150% for me, the WiFi tethering works great especially after I turned off the WiFi time-out in the advanced settings I use it with bitlord set the max download to 140KBts so sprint doesn't kill the down, the result of a really high data flow, the over clock part of it really helps a lot with the apps 748max 320min on deadline works best for me.

I hate to ask, but is there any way to remove the battery indicator or just get a plain one? My old eyes can't read the percentage.
I have installed this rom on my wife's phone. Love the look and layout. I just have a couple questions. I can get the wifi to connect to the laptop, but my evo shift and motorola xoom do not even see it listed. Is this something that can be fixed or is it because of the ZVH?? She needs her phone to connect to the Xoom for her work purposes. If I have to I can revert her back to ZVD and get a hotspot that will work I believe. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I'm not clear about which caches you're referring to within the Xionia framework. Today was the first time I started messing with rooting, recoveries and roms.
I did that and it gave me crazy force closes so I restored an old nandroid and no problem
