s pen button not working!

Hey guys I just took our my s pen today and my little wheel didn't come out when I take it out. I then pressed the button to bring up the menu and nothing. I don't know how to bring that menu up again. I can do every thing else with my pen. It even shows on my note 3 that the pen is out but still the button doesn't work. Can anybody Help me out

Never mind I dumb my air command was off. Didn't notice it was outside of the s pen menu

I actually am having this problem and my Air Command feature is turned on for sure. At first only the button would not function then a couple hours later ponder moving the pen no air command either.

I had the same issue on my Samsung Note4, Android 6.0.1.
To bring up the menu, as mentioned previous replies, make sure Air Command is turned on. Then,
Go to: Settings > S Pen > Air Command > Enable floating Icon.

You can then press the S pen button and the menu should pop up even after disabling the floating icon
