Samsung.com Note 8 Product Registration Fails

I can't seem to register my Note 8 on Samsung.com. My old phones are listed in my Samsung.com account. I'm getting this error after entering the IMEI:

"Possible reasons for the error include serial/IMEI number is not valid, product is older than 3 years, product was purchased outside the U.S."

Anyone else tried to register their Note 8 and was successful?

I was able to register 3 of them with no issues. I know it's a PITA, but I'd just call or chat them. The 30% off coupon can come in handy if there are any Samsung accessories that you're interested in. I hope you're able to get it sorted out.
