Samsung.com Orders

There is a Reddit thread for this on the S20 subreddit and someone contacted Rakuten and they said give it some time and it should still post. We will know in the next couple of weeks. It was still worth a try and has worked many times before for me for Samsung pre orders. It's not like I need to do anything extra, just order with Rakuten extension enabled. If it doesn't come this time for whatever reason no big deal. But I would give another couple of weeks to be sure.

It worked fine on my S6 tablet. That's why I'm confused about this one.
 
Yeah same here never ran into issue with them, doesn't mean we won't this time but I'll give some time and see. Anyway I contacted them via member services to see what they say as well, but that totally depends on customer reps response and we all know how much info they have

Also, from the Reddit thread someone said they got the cash back, don't know how much to believe them.

Is it possible they don't provide it till they receive the trade in or after the return period?

I'm not sure but in the above thread the guy who said got the rebate posted the screen shot of his rebate posted. I have also sent them a message so let's see what they say.

How long has your order maintained "in process" status before updating to anything else? Said it would ship by the 6th before it looked like it deleted and then later in the same day it said it was still in process. I chatted with Samsung and they stated it was still in process but wouldn't give me anymore information other than to refer back to the invoice. The invoice says in process and expected by the 12th which is 6 days after they supposedly were going to ship by.

Mine has been "In Process" for about a week and a half. It previously said "Expected delivery: March 5th", but now there's no date at all.
 
Well, after canceling my first order last week I decided I did want this phone so ordered it again Saturday night. Lost the $150 Samsung store credit which really only cost me the $40 for a case as I really didn't need the fitbit (or wouldn't use it). Anyway, was not supposed to ship until tomorrow per website but got an email it shipped today and will arrive Wednesday by 8:00 p.m.

Anyone know if you have it delivered to a Walgreen's will it be there on Wednesday to pick up or not able to pick it up until Thursday? I ask because it's signature required and I won't be around after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday to sign, but also don't want to wait until Thursday. Thanks.1f.jpg

It should be available to pick on Wednesday itself. I generally put hold at my local FedEx distribution center and always have it available for pick up first thing in the morning on delivery day. Based on other comments here even for Walgreens you should have it ready for pick up on same day. I would put a hold for pick up request now itself instead of waiting.
 
Just got confirmation from Samsung, they received my trade in. They will test and check it, should take 3-7 business days.
