I actually got a call from my bank the next day about fraud and I had to tell them it was okay and I authorize the charge. Perhaps this has happened to some.

Same. I cleared it up with the preauthorization back on the 21st. That approved preauthorization has since fallen off. Nothing since. I just called my bank just in case and they told me no attempted charges have come through yet.

There is no rhyme or reason to how the orders go out. I ordered last Wednesday, suppose to get it today, have no idea.. Says deliver today, but tracking isn't updating, shows in Memphis

I guess I'll give some kudos to the rep I just chatted with in regard to my earbuds. My phone was shipped out of Memphis yesterday, arrived in SLC yesterday, shipped north via truck and then onto a delivery truck; however, they would not tell me when my buds would arrive or even ship. So I chatted and told the guy if no notification of shipping for the buds, I would send the phone back today and move on to another manufacturer.

Maybe the threat worked, maybe not and it was going to ship anyway, but I just received a notification the buds have shipped via Fedex.

Yeah the rep I spoke with yesterday said, it's in shipping but no more than 5 mins prior they told me no labels had been created.... Soooo who really knows

One thing that I just learned. I have 2 packages coming today. I noticed that on the tracking number that Samsung gave me, on the reference, it showed "_02" at the end, which was a 1lb package. When I tracked by reference and put "_01" after my order number, that's where the 2lb package signature required was.

So if you're in the same boat and only see partial shipment, try that.

I seriously doubt that the rep that you spoke with has any control over nor gives a rip about when your earbuds shipped. Is getting the buds a couple of days faster really a big enough deal to make you return your phone? I feel bad for the reps dealing with nonsense like this.

I have 3 "Label created"... all with the _01 reference because the buds don't even have a label (the buds still have the cancel order button active, as does the OTG adapter which I don't even need, but it was free so why not have it). The three shipments have delivery dates of 3/3, 3/4 and 3/5 (and one that was cancelled with a delivery date of 3/5).

Maybe I'll forgive Samsung if I actually get 3 phones from the 3 labels

He came just short of calling me a liar. In the end, all I got was "If you dont receive your phone by tomorrow then we will refund you the $14." Whoopee. How about sending me the phone in a timely manner?

Wow WTF. They really think we're dumb don't they? I was told the same more than once. Instead of returning the $14 they should offer another free item or huge discount on something.

My unlocked 512 Ultra is out for delivery today and the two 128 Ultra AT&T models still haven't shipped with a delivery date for this Friday. I'm not worried though as long as it gets here Friday plus I'm not back into the office until Friday anyway.

Haha you're probably getting everything in your order this week. My _03 label is coming this Friday. The one that is Direct Signature Required is the phone.

I still don't have a shipping label after a 12:10am 1st day order. The thing is the main reason for my upgrading from the Note 10+ 5g was the hype about the great new camera. At this point I'm just not that excited anymore as I see the pics that have been posted and comments by others who have received the phone.

Gonna have to really be something special once the phone gets here to earn the money I paid for it. Otherwise, it's just going to be another return.

Samsung has to learn some serious lessons about how to handle the logistics of their new flagship distributions AND how to include some serious processing for quality pictures from the cameras on their phones. So far, they've had a few years to figure both out and haven't done either yet.

Not really. If you paid the extra for Express shipping and your order says delivery March 5th, they aren't sending it in a timely manner if it gets to you Friday. At this point it's worrisome to not even have a shipping label after seeing so many people getting their phones since Monday.
