Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Mine is showing at my local FedEx final destination but not on a truck for delivery with today still showing the expected delivery date. Fingers and toes crossed.
 
My friend ordered a TMO S10+ White and had ship date of the 15th. His is out for delivery.

Same situation as me. Ordered the TMO variant S10+ Prism White, originally had ship date of the 15th, Galaxy Buds ship mid-april. Cancel button disappeared Monday, then later on Monday got shipping notice of my phone, galaxy buds and accessory. Currently on a FedEx truck being delivered today by 4:30pm. I'm in Seattle
 
We have arrival! S10 Black 128 with Earbuds and Leather Case all in one box. Doing the transfer of apps and data now. Love the size of the S10. Coming down from an S9+ then a Note 9. Thought bigger was better, but I was wrong...

So your case came in the same box? My case doesn't show as shipped yet, but hoping it is in the box when delivered today.
 
Anyone with ship by date of the 15th see any action/movement yet. Mine still has cancel button. Ordered on Feb 22nd.

Same here I ordered on the 23rd and people that ordered after me already got the phone☹️
 
Samsung/DR have 2 days to pull something together as I'm moving on after the 8th. All still the same since I pre-ordered with a "will arrive by March 8th", cancel still there, no notifications, zero changes... used the reservation link and am spending a bunch so at this point I'm indifferent. Just the principle of it annoys me. I talked to a rep Monday yup will arrive by March 8th. So I'll give em that long.

As for those that already received their devices or are about to, congrats and enjoy!!

I'm in the same boat. Talked to a rep and they said the same thing but nothing. One thing to consider though is that if it doesn't come by the eighth you might be able to complain and get a gift card towards accessories.
 
Thankfully the phone and the ear buds both came together in the same package. All I can say is wow! What a beauty. The ceramic white is growing on me. I noticed that the camera has no time limit for 4K video (thought it did). More to follow...
 
Has there been any confirmation of a 1TB phone being shipped or received so far?

There was another member that had a 1TB Ceramic Black Verizon (think it was Verizon model) that shipped and a few of the Ceramic White shipped. Not sure if they were 1TB though.
 
Mine arrived! The box was 2lbs and included my ceramic white S10+, an LED case, and my Galaxy buds. I am trading in my Note 9 but received no information, return label, etc. for the return. Can anyone give me information on how that process works?

I guess we'll see. Just soured on the whole thing. Mentioned before this would be my first Samsung... Still says arrive by 8th, but doesn't seem possible as nothing has changed. Just getting turned off when I throw 1700+ and reserve, pre-order, get confirmation from a rep on Monday, etc. We'll see though. I'll post how things go.
 
There's hope! For anyone else that is in the same boat as me here's what I found out. I called FedEx and the agent said they most likely didn't scan it but it's on the truck. She put me in touch with my local center and they confirmed it's on the truck set for delivery today!

You should get an email with the return label attached, but if you check the order online, there will also be a button there to print out the return label.
