Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

In case anyone was wondering, the unlocked version for the US works quite nicely on T-Mobile so far. Wifi calling works (which is important for me and where my house is...we don't get reception from any carrier here). I don't see RCS messaging, but I don't think T-Mobile supports it yet on the S10.

I have a unlocked s9+ on T-Mobile everything works fine I just miss the video calling feature which doesn't work on the unlocked version... Patiently waiting for my S10+ to ship
 
Lol I'm trying to chat with Samsung online about my order and I've been waiting for 53 minutes.
 
Pre-ordered 1TB unlocked Ceramic Black with a will arrive by March 8th. Still no change on the order, but... my credit card available credit jumped back up to where it should be. So guess that's something new.

I went through that on Monday. Just expect them to repeat whatever your order status is and not directly answer any questions. You should see my transcript. I waited about an hour.

I've ordered devices on Samsung before. Just paid outright and then popped my sim in and it's worked. That also worked this time but never before gotten a email from sammy saying to activate until today. I also purchased the premium care this time tho. Does anyone know if we are required to activate with Sammy's sim card for premium care? My phone is already set up and I'd rather not if I domt have to
 
I have the unlocked version from samsung and they have crapbook installed and cant be removed!!! this erks me off to no end..paying 1000$ for a phone and they put some junk like crapbook on it and wont let me remove it. if they want to do this then they need to start subsidizing phones again. its not theirs to use as an advertising platform

Not on my unlocked s10. When I open Facebook then hit the messenger button, it takes me to the pay store to install it.
 
For those of you having issues with the fingerprint reader, go your display settings and turn on "Touch sensitivity."
 
After using mine for a bit this morning, I think I'm going to wear a hole in the metal where the power button should be based on the S8 I've been used to for the last two years. Me and my thumb have some training to do on that new higher-placed power button. hehe
 
Had a chat with Samsung Canada today asking them why my S10 hasn't been shipped just yet, they had no answer. But they did tell me that they are trying to get the rest of the orders out tonight. She even said that she would put a note on my order to try and expedite. Let's see if that's actually the case. I don't see them ship it by early next week I may just cancel or maybe go to the experience store and complain!?!? I feel like Apple's ordering process and shipping status is a lot more accurate.

I feel like you would just have to register it with your Samsung account that you made the purchase with.

Better than the big ole "I don't know" that I got when calling customer service. Glad to hear they're trying to get the ordered out. Hope that's the case in the states.
 
Just FYI. Ordered the S10 black 128g unlocked on 2/23 with a by 3/22 delivery date and cancel order disappeared last night. Looks like their moving along with shipments....
 
facebook was not preinstalled or you were able to delete it on your device?
