Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

This is my first time ordering thru Samsung. I've gotten the shipping email from Samsung, their website says shipped, and fed ex says picked up. My card has not been charged, when does that typically happen?

I ordered the Verizon black ceramic 512. I haven't seen any more activity since.

This isn't uncommon with Samsung, they don't seem to go by order date, but in your case I think you ordered one of the more popular colors and model.

The 512GB black ceramic phones are available in most Verizon corporate stores this morning.

I guess a positive of many of you guys getting the phones first, I can ask a question...

When I receive the phone (ordered with Samsung Care), is there anything I need to do or will it automatically take that out every month for the device? Phone now says shipped, but can still cancel the Samsung Care.

This will be my first Samsung so have zero experience with it. Just thought for the money I might as well get some kind of insurance. Thanks!!

In the past when I got it, first month was free then got a charge every month to credit card on the site. If I log onto the site and check order history it shows a separate invoice for each charge.

Ordered 2/26, delivery by 3/15. Cancel disappeared yesterday, today got Fedex notice for shipment to arrive Tuesday 3/12. 512 Black Ceramic, Verizon.

I agree. I've never been one to do cases 24/7. I usually keep a fairly minimalist case in case I know I'm going to be out in rough conditions or something, but that's about it.

The ones I get a kick out of are the ones who stress out over which color to get, and STILL stick them in an inch thick solid case where the color will never be seen again. hehe

That would be me LOL! I should of just done white like I had originally ordered from Samsung and then when I canceled I went to Best Buy and decided on pink and now I won't get my phone today cause of the color LOL! But I did buy one clear case to show off the color. My husbands still says the 15th with cancel option still there. I keep checking a few times a day.

They must not be doing free month of premium care. My card just got charged for it. My phone was just picked up today by fed ex

No. It just shows "preorder" and "expedited delivery".

Welp. Phone is still supposed to ship today but the cancel button is still there. Did a Samsung chat and they say it's definitely shipping but not sure I believe them.
