I placed my order for my white ceramic S10+,on the second day of preordering, and by that I mean 2AM exactly. I still have the "ship" by date as the 15th,and my cancel button is still available. I don't think there's any rhyme or reason to it. I usually order from Verizon and get good early delivery. But Samsung's deal for trading in my older Note 8 was too good to pass up. I also have a Note 9, but I will be keeping it until the Note10 comes out. I like having a paid off backup phone! All in all I was able to get the new S10+ and pay cash for the difference! So,no device payments! I'm trying to be patient with the process! I can't do anything to speed it up anyway...I guess I could shop for a second case until it gets here next week! Lol! I'm happy for those who have received theirs!
