Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Same here my husband ordered 2/22 128 plus prism white unlocked. Samsung just called me back and I asked how someone who ordered later than my husband already has a ship date of Tuesday. He tried saying it's because my husband is getting the buds with his order and their sold out now. He said your friend getting theirs on Tuesday isn't getting the buds with their actual order I don't know. But then he offered a $25 promo code for an accessory to be sent to my husbands email in 6 to 10 days so if he gets it I'll go ahead and buy the duo charger maybe or if I like the LED wallet my husbands gets I'll get one of those.
I'm getting my S10 delivered to me on Tuesday, 3/12 and my buds are in the package that was shipped out. That rep has no idea what he is talking about. Par for the course.
 
So I was being patient about the phone I preordered on 2/23 and willing to wait a few extra days but now I am pretty P.O.'d. BB just changed my March 8th pickup date to April 7 which makes me ineligible for the free ear buds that must be claimed by April 4. Don't even have the words. This was my first BB preorder and will definitely by my last. The cancel button is looking better at this point.

OMG which one did you order? My paper never said 3/8 it just said we will email you when ready. But the manager should do something for you even give you a free pair of buds but they probably don't have then in stock neither. It's a crazy mess everywhere. Samsung just told me the warehouses are working around the clock to get pink ones in but I am not holding my breath. But if I get told the 7th I will be highly upset.
 
I placed my order for my white ceramic S10+,on the second day of preordering, and by that I mean 2AM exactly. I still have the "ship" by date as the 15th,and my cancel button is still available. I don't think there's any rhyme or reason to it. I usually order from Verizon and get good early delivery. But Samsung's deal for trading in my older Note 8 was too good to pass up. I also have a Note 9, but I will be keeping it until the Note10 comes out. I like having a paid off backup phone! All in all I was able to get the new S10+ and pay cash for the difference! So,no device payments! I'm trying to be patient with the process! I can't do anything to speed it up anyway...I guess I could shop for a second case until it gets here next week! Lol! I'm happy for those who have received theirs!
 
Yes! Well, I guess there's a lot of us waiting! I saw those LED cases,and they look so cool! I might check that out myself!🤞Hoping we see something at least changing on our orders soon! Good luck!
 
Well I just spoke to someone in charge of my mobile department and she apologized and said I was the only one to order a pink unlocked 128 S10 plus and that as soon as one comes in of course it's mine. She kept apologizing and saying how popular the pink one is and she said they are expecting one more truck tonight which should of already been there with 60 phones on it and as soon as it gets there if one is mine I will immediately get an email. I said well I know people who got the email and came in and phone wasn't there. She said she will personally call me when it's in and that if something was to happen and it was April 7th or after the promo ended they would take care of me.

I do know last year I had this problem with my S9 Plus and I remember now them saying oh yes a truck is expected tonight and mine wasn't there and then when it finally came in and the promo was over they gave me a free case but if I miss the promo they better give me free buds when they get them in.
 
If mine doesn't ship today it will technically be late because my status says "Will ship by March 8th". Anyone have prior experience with Samsung when this occurs? So they escalate the matter? And do you think I'm in line for a credit of some sort?

I ordered the ceramic white, 512 gb, verizon. Got the phone Tues and the buds yesterday.
 
Pre-ordered the flamingo pink 128 GB S10+ on 3/6. It'll be here Monday.

Really was it unlocked or carrier? They told me they have no idea when the pink will be back in sock they didn't have a date. Lucky You! Pink is the hardest one to get. I'm waiting for my BB one ordered on 2/22.

Best Buy is the worst preorder outlet for Apple and Samsung IMO. First time, for me, doing a preorder through Samsung and it went off without a hitch.

Well congrats post pictures when you get it. I'm not getting my hopes up for anytime soon but was told a truck with 60 phones was supposed to of come in tonight but who knows. I'll check my email early enough before work so if it came in I'll have time to get there. I was the only one who ordered a pink one in unlocked.

I find it strange that my girlfriend's S10 was delivered today but it originally had a 3/15 delivery date and she ordered on 2/28. I ordered on 2/24 and had a 3/8 delivery date. Now my delivery is 3/12. Can't explain this at all.

I can, it's Samsung. I will give Samsung credit though, they are doing better this time around, even though you are getting yours later. I remember one time Samsung had delivery dates for pre-orders all on the release date. Well obviously they didn't achieve that and there were lots and lots of late deliveries and Samsung said nothing creating even more chaos. This time they are giving out different ship by dates, and for the most part is working pretty good. Nobody is going to have a perfect ship record on release day.

I know I found it weird my husband ordered 2/22 and it said 3/15 and someone on 3/6 ordered the same phone and is getting it like Monday. They told me it had to do with him getting the buds it's taking longer since the buds sold out now. I have no idea.
