I've never pre-ordered through Samsung. I want to get a s10 through my samsung account but for my brother . he has no credit so im helping him out. would this ok? in order to get the free promotions and stuff. Im trying to get a hold of samsung but theyre backed up.

i figured id ask here instead of creating a thread.

I was having trouble at first but I just waited a couple of hours and then tried again and it went through.

I got the confirmation email too. Not the reservation, I got the ORDER CONFIRMED email with an order number. This was with Samsung Canada.

One thing I wasn't expecting was in addition to the earbuds, you also got $50 off an accessory with your order, so used on a case as well. Not to bad.

Signed up to reserve this morning. Never received email with purchase link. Website and shop Samsung app both still only giving option to reserve

I have signed up to reserve one at least 10 times now on Samsungs site and don't ever get an email to complete the purchase. Why do they make this process so difficult. I'd order through Verizon but I want ths 550 trade in offer.

Did anyone receive their confirmation email? I never got one after I reserved it.

I was told by the Samsung guy during a chat that you would receive it by 7 tomorrow morning. I was trying to reserve the 10e and never got a email link so I started a chat.

The Sprint site was being a pain but I got mine ordered.

Be careful, they automatically add wireless earbuds which cost you extra $120. Only regular S10/S10+ will get it free.
