When is your phone ship date? I have seen a few say the 22nd. Mine says by the 15th. I think the buds are going to be a nice add in this year. Last two preorders I did was for the S7 edge and got the free watch and S8+ for the vr experience box.

Mine says ship by 3/22. I'm glad they added the earbuds cause I was already looking for a good pair.

I am not sure but I thought when we traded in our 7 Edges for the Note 8 I did it both under my account cause I saw It in my history and we were fine back then. This time I had reserved under both of our emails and just assumed we needed to do it separately but it would of been nice for the points to all go under my account.

But I called Samsung and was told that one order comes 1st and once the trade in is sent back and finalized the other order sends and that one order is in a que on hold. She said I should just use another address but someone else said they tired that and it didn't work. But I ended up cancelling my order and his still says by the 15 but his cancel button is still there I just checked. But Good Luck!

No when the cancel button disappears it means your order has been sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipment.

I did that this time around too. I have been using a Note 9,and it's a great phone. I'll keep it as backup. But this S10+ is an amazing device,and ordering through Samsung directly, I was able to get a great price for the Note 8 that I still had! Such a great deal,when you consider the new phone and the new buds. I ordered on the 2nd day of preordering(white ceramic),and the"ship by" date is the 15th, and the wireless buds said on back order until the end of April. Samsung only had 42,000 buds set aside for the preorder promo. So,there will be people getting a credit to use on Samsung's website. I'm not going to complain about waiting because I was able to just pay the difference in full for the phone, and have no device payments. As often as I upgrade, that is a win situation for me! More than likely, when the next Note comes out, I'll be buying it too! Bitten by the Samsung bug! Now, I wonder how many "Fold's" they'll be making! Ha!

I pre ordered on Feb 22nd Prism Black S10+ 128gb. I was given a "ship by" date of March 15th. Friday March 1st the cancel order button was removed. I was told by a Samsung chat agent that the order is being prepared for shipment. Any chance it may ship this week?

It hasn't pulled again from my CC yet. But I thought that was strange it went from deliver by March 8th, to nothing now.

Edit: Samsung shows it again for by March 8th.

Does anyone remember how to track an order on FedEx by reference? I know there was a trick last year like you have to add certain numbers but I completely forgot. Cheers

Put your order number as the reference when searching.

Setup a Fedex account with your address and install the APP and it will let you know what packages are on the way from and too your house.

I'm having it sent to my job since I work at a phone store it won't let me register the business although I'm the manager of the store
