Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

My phone has finally been shipped. It will arrive on Tuesday. It was supposed to arrive today but it didn't. I find it strange that my girlfriend's S10 was delivered today but it originally had a 3/15 delivery date and she ordered on 2/28. I ordered on 2/24 and had a 3/8 delivery date. Now my delivery is 3/12. Can't explain this at all.

Omg, I ordered at 2am,the early morning hours of preordering! Why is mine taking until next week!??

I know I found it weird my husband ordered 2/22 and it said 3/15 and someone on 3/6 ordered the same phone and is getting it like Monday. They told me it had to do with him getting the buds it's taking longer since the buds sold out now. I have no idea.

If this is true, then mine is probably late because of the buds too.

My tracking just updated. Though the actual delivery date hasn't updated the phone is at the processing facility a hour north of me.

Finally the Cancel button has disappeared!! Mine still shows that the buds are backordered until the end of April! So,unlike other's who have ordered from Samsung directly, I will "not" be receiving my buds at the same time as my phone! How is that possible, that they ran out at 2am of the official second day of sales? Well,looks like I'll be one of the people still posting through next week. I guess Samsung will mail my buds when they get them back in stock. I hope my phone comes by mid week.

Same here my husband ordered 2/22 128 plus prism white unlocked. Samsung just called me back and I asked how someone who ordered later than my husband already has a ship date of Tuesday. He tried saying it's because my husband is getting the buds with his order and their sold out now. He said your friend getting theirs on Tuesday isn't getting the buds with their actual order I don't know. But then he offered a $25 promo code for an accessory to be sent to my husbands email in 6 to 10 days so if he gets it I'll go ahead and buy the duo charger maybe or if I like the LED wallet my husbands gets I'll get one of those.

Rose, it sounds like you and I are one of the later orders, for whatever reason! Let me know when you get any updates and I'll do the same! Crossing fingers for next Tuesday or Wednesday maybe? It doesn't say that, but I was given free 2 day Express delivery, and my cancel button just disappeared tonight!

I just checked my husbands cancel button was still there and it says the 15th. Your lucky yours went away. His is the 128 plus in prism white unlocked. Now me I'm doing Best Buy the pink and no one has seen the pink yet. I am the only one who ordered an unlocked pink 128 plus. But yes I'll keep you posted. I need to check our credit card and see if their is a charge. Oh and his says expedited shipping I don't know.

Just a heads up that I initially ordered a 512GB Ceramic White, but after seeing the frame went to change to Ceramic Black. Spent a few days thinking after cancelling the Ceramic White, but as soon as the buds changed to a $130, I ordered Ceramic Black as I don't use earbuds.

Anyway, by that time the unlocked Ceramic Black 512GB had a ship by 15th so went with an unlocked 1TB that had arrive by March 8th. My order still says arrive by March 8th lol.

I was going to cancel, but was giving Samsung until today (the 8th). NOTHING changed on my order until this morning. Had a cancel option late last night, but received a text this AM with FedEx shipping for delivery on the 11th.

My order now says shipped, but still says "will arrive by March 8th". The cancel option and everything else changed just this morning and it will arrive on Monday. So you may get it earlier even if you don't see any movement on the order itself.

I'm sure if I had that FedEx home manager thing I would have seen this a day or two ago, but I'm cool with it and glad because I was done after the 8th if nothing changed. Finally excited again!!

Good luck to the rest still waiting for a ship date. Will keep an eye on this thread as I have been. Hoping I receive the device with no issues.

I actually expected Amazon to have full stock based on the Note 9 pre-order thread. Doesn't look that way from when I looked earlier this morning. Hang in there; you all should get shipping information soon enough. And no, there is no rhyme or reason but seems like they're trying I guess.

First impressions:

I ordered the 1TB Black Ceramic. Wow is it a beautiful device. More stunning than any device I've owned and I've owned and still own alot of phones. That said, the ceramic back side is more of a fingerprint magnet than any device I've seen.

^^^^^This, the black ceramic smudges like no phone I have had, not just fingerprints but any part of your hand leaves a mark. I did post a thread on this but kind of got shot down in it.

Mine order from 2/20 for Flamingo AT&T 128GB just shipped. Unfortunately damn Samsung did 2-Day so I won't see it until Monday even though FedEx Ground from Indianapolis to Chicago is a 1 Day point. Originally said ships by the 15th, so this is early, butan, what a damn tease. Guess I will keep using this Nokia 9 through the weekend.

I would've went the Amazon route especially if you are a prime member.

You're lucky! I don't understand the system at all..

I think it has to do with the configuration and maybe accessories. Example the gb model and if you ordered a case, charging stand, etc.

I ordered the 512gb ceramic white. Didn't really look that close at it when I ordered it. I just knew I wanted the plus model. The frame color is not noticeable; well it wasn't to me. The frame is so thin and the color is so fair, I really don't think anyone next to you is going to notice the color. With it being metal, it's going to reflect some surrounding colors I think.

Is Samsung sending return packaging for the trade in promo?

You put phone in its original box and use the shipping box S10 comes in. Print label and have to drop off at Fed Ex shipcenter. Sent my Note back yesterday.
