I was late doing preorder thru Samsung.I did my order 3/8/19 for t mobile prism white 128 .because I can trade in my note 8 for 550 .it states ship by 3/22/19. But on shop Samsung it says backordered anyone get this.

I traded in a Note 8 as well, loving my S10+ 512 with the black ceramic

Mine was there for days, and finally disappeared on Saturday. Mine said it will "ship by March 15th."

Its been 3 days since my cancel button went. Still no shipping update. The cc charge is also in pending authorization. Anyone had so many days after cancel button was removed?

Mine is out for delivery after spending a lovely weekend in Great Falls, MT. Hoping their warehouse isn't subzero like the rest of the state. I think I suddenly feel a hangover coming on. Best to leave work in these conditions.

Surprised at the speed. Was originally going to order through Verizon but got a lot of happy incentives to do it through Samsung.

My husbands still doesn't have a ship date and all Samsung could tell me was he'll get it by the 15th. And she said if I ordered a pink one now just like I'm waiting on from Best Buy I would get it by the 15th also but of course lose out on the $130 promo.

Best Buy has no idea and can't even estimate me a time my order just says will email you when available. They told me to call corporate and I was told they got an email saying their trying to get all phones out within 7 days of the email. My store said they get shipments on Mon, Wed, and Fri and sometimes get drop shipments. It just seems like if Samsung has one I can get by the 15th why can't they fulfill Best Buy Pre-Orders LOL!

My cancel button disappeared on Thursday night. Still no shipping info yet. I did order a charger with the $50 bonus for accessories. I hope that isn't holding it up!!

Same here. but the accessory shows its separate delivery date and cancel button. so I doubt it might be affecting

My charger shows same ship date as the phone but with a cancel button yet. Mine also says the buds are shipping with the phone. So hoping it ships this week!

FedEx just told me I could go over and pick up the package instead of waiting for delivery tomorrow. Trackings shows the package is both the phone and the free buds. So I'm heading out now.

Samsung pre-authorized your card when you order, a few days later it disappears. In mine, the night I got my shipping, tracking info my card was charged again.
