What problems are you having with the phone?

I better check mine. I've only wireless charged the phone since I received it.

I shipped my girlfriend's trade-in S8+ on Friday. It made it to Fort Worth, Texas already. I'm hoping it will be delivered to the trade-in center in Ft. Worth today.

I called Samsung the rep had no idea when prism white will be in stock.So cancelled that order and ordered one in pink.Order has processed ,card charged,email received will have by 3/25/19.Just waiting on tracking information.

How come everyone else is getting pink other people in other states are getting pink to their Best Buy but not me. I can't seem to get one. and if my husband would hurry up and turn in his phone I could order from Samsung but then I'd lose the buds. I heard the white ones on backorder to now which is my second color of choice.

My wife just got her phone (ordered on 3/10) in white. It is beautiful. Almost like an opal. Photos definitely do not capture the beauty of this color.

I returned mine March 8th and got email today that had recieved and accepted as trade in, so takes close to 2 weeks once shipped.

Oh really 2 weeks well heck I would hope Best Buy would have mine by then. I'm tempted to have my dad order one for me to his house on Samsung they all say by 4/5. But the 1-800 BB # seems to thing between 3/21 and 3/27 so I have to stick it out. Enjoy your phones the white is very pretty I would take it over pink if I could just get one. LOL!
