If I don't get it by the weekend, can Samsung customer service do anything like send me another out and then if I ever get the original shipment send it back to them?
This whole pre order has been filled with incompetence. If they would have correctly shipped it out overnight like I PAID for this wouldn't have happened most likely.
as frustrating as is it now, I think if you initiate another order/replacement process now you'll be subjecting yourself to an even bigger nightmare in the double billing/return/refund process. good luck.
