Long story and still going
Ordered on 8-24
Charge flagged as suspicious and declined.
I called and they said the order got canceled and I have to reorder.
Tried to reorder, but it said I already used the Note 7 promo and could not use it twice.
Called to fix the problem and they said actually my order is NOT canceled and it is fine and I should just wait. Called a week later and they said it's still good (but I see the order is "stuck" in Preorder status).
Called again and this time they said no - your order IS canceled, and it was canceled a week ago.
I said the problem is I am unable to reorder using Note 7 promo. She said it wasn't canceled properly and she will fix it.
She fixed it - now showing as fully canceled when I checked.
I reordered, this time successfully using the Note 7 promo with no error.
Last night I noticed TWO charges placed by Samsung.com - one for the new order, and another for the old (canceled) order.
Never ending nightmare continues...
