Fortunately for me, I'm in no hurry so I'll keep taking the discounts and perks they keep throwing out as long as they keep dragging their feet. I'm not upset about the waiting on the backorder but rather that they have not shown face or even made an effort to inform us of what's going on, much less an official ETA

Just received my unlocked 128 from Amazon today. Mentioned earlier that I gave up on Samsung and ordered from Amazon. Only took one day to get it to me. Had no problem getting everything setup. I have no light bleed, and everything seems perfect. Got the Dex doc and the new dual wireless charger. Just have to sell my s7e on eBay now, which should be something close to what Samsung was going to give me anyway. Hope you all start getting your phones soon...

How much are you listing the S7E for if you dont mind?

Nice!!! Try to first sell locally using offer up, Craigslist or other local services since you won't be paying eBay, PayPal and shipping fees. If you are in a city, you probably won't have issues selling. Just a tip if you hadn't considered.

I think I'm using Amazon or B&H next time. Better freebies and a lot better customer service. Granted Amazon you might get it a couple days later but it's worth it. That's the other nice thing about tmobile I can just get unlocked now and still have the same features.

Totally understand. For me as well, it wasn't the wait as much as answers all over the place which made me worry if I had a problem..

Obviously this was a lie. I would like to point out that there wasnt an estimated ship time, it plainly said it would ship this week.

This is why I bought a 128 on Samsung financing as well as the 512. I will return the 128 before the return period is up, hopefully my AT&T 512 arrives before then.

Just got off the phone with samsung. Update: as of 1206 this morning all parts are in and the order was sent to the fulfillment department to ship. Said it would probably go out monday, but that is a holiday so not sure if I.will have it by the 5th when I leave.
