Has Samsung shipped anyone a phone this week?

As per the recent update from our fulfilment team, order will ship week of Sep 23rd, 2018. Hope your order will be delivered as soon as possible. One the order shipped you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number. I appreciate your understanding.

Race4life, I ordered the very same version as you did on the 22nd. They kept changing the date on me as well. I tried to hold on due to the amount they were going to give me for my S7e but I gave up a little over a week ago and ordered the unlocked version from Amazon and sold my S7e on Swappa.I ordered my ATT blue 128 on Aug 22, was told originally that I would get it the week of the 16th. Was checking every week with them and was told it will ship that week. I touched base with them on the 19th and was told that it will would now ship the week of the 30th. However, if you go to there site now, and put in an order of the same phone it says it will ship the week of the 23rd. That is either a lie to the customer or they better ship mine next week. I'm probably going to end up returning it to see what the OnePlue 6T looks like but hard for me to pass up the $450 they offered me for my Pixel 2XL.

I don't have all the features as I would have on the ATT version but still love the phone and I didn't quite get the same amount for my phone on Swappa that I would at Samsung but thought with them running me around this way what would happen if I needed a repair or warranty exchange? Plus I got a better gift with Amazon than Samsung. Got the wireless duo charging pad and dex pad.. Could use them more than the headphones anyway. The phone I got from Amazon is perfect. Got it two days after I placed the order.
Did you consider just walking into ATT store and buying the phone? I'm just glad I got tmobile so I can buy unlocked. I think I'm using Amazon next time too. So far I've been okay rolling the dice ordering from Samsung but I'm sure that luck would end eventually LOL.
Only downside is you might get it a couple days later from Amazon but that's okay since the pre order gifts are better and if you have an issue they're better to deal with then samsung which is a nightmare to deal with.
B&H is a great option too. No sales tax.
It would be awesome if Amazon started carrying carrier phones.

... My Note 5 is fine, until I try to use Google Maps. Then it lags like hell and it's stressful when you need to make split decision on a traffic situation. That's why I'm upgrading.

I just go the following email from Samsung and got all excited that my phone finally shipped. Nope, just tell me something that I already knew, that Samsung F'ed this launch up.
