Samsung galaxy S10 and S10 plus UK pre orders

I hope so they seem to be the most reliable service and you can check the progress of your delivery in real time even choosing what time slot you want your delivery.

I pre-ordered a White S10+ on the afternoon of the 21st using the Samsung Interest free finance option, deposit was taken and the website changed from 'Order placed' to 'Preparing for dispatch' on the 22nd.
It's stayed like that since then, ship date is 7th March.
Really hoping Sammy fulfills pre-orders early.. what are the chances?
Failing that, it's now less than a week but it's going to be a very long week!

Call me crazy but I'm in a bit of a dilemna.

I initially wanted to pre order the S10 plus model in prism green but it was out of stock.

So I went for the regular S10 prism green but 512gb.

I have the urge to cancel the order but can't get the best of both worlds with prism green and 512gb in the S10 plus even though I can live with 128gb.

I am just mostly concerned with the battery life of the regular S10 I know on paper it should do well with the latest processer and 3400mah seems ample but with no reviews out for it and battery life tests I don't want to leave it too late.

Any advice guys or am I overly anxious

I say get the plus if you have to get 128 add a card the plus with the 4100 battery is going to be awesome!! That is just my opinion. I love the Prism Green and was all set to get it and then it didn't come here so Flamingo Pink it is.

Does anyone know who Samsung UK use to deliver? Is it DPD?

Last year it was DPD who are very good but the year before was UK Mail, I don't know about you guys but my experience with them was a shocker, I eventually recieved my phone but not before endless amounts of phone calls and emails to the carrier.

Battery life is everything! These new phones are soo slippery you would need a back case(guess you can clear case). i'll take better battery life over colour or capacity.

I just spoke with Samsung and they confirmed that delivery will be made by DPD. Does anyone expect to receive your galaxy s10 earlier than March 7th? As I heard that some people have received their orders of galaxy note 9 earlier last year, maybe there will be same scenario

I hope that the phone will be delivered to us at the same as day as shipping. People in the US will get their phones on Wednesday and that is not fair

What incentive is there for pre ordering if we get our device out for shipping on the 7th March and reaching us on the 8th March when it will available to the public same day apart from the free Galaxy buds.

This is what Samsung have given me and next working day is presumably Friday 8th March unless I get another email before then that states otherwise.

Btw I did ring them after not before and they confirmed that I will get it on the 8th March.

No they didn't at least that's what I got from one of their reps.

OK, then why the complaint? The incentive is the free Galaxy Buds, not getting the phone early. If you get the phone early, then that's just icing on the cake. Samsung never guaranteed that anyone would get it early.

Samsung US has already shipped and they get theirs Wednesday with a March 8th Street date.
They are lucky.
