Samsung galaxy S10 and S10 plus UK pre orders

OK, then why the complaint? The incentive is the free Galaxy Buds, not getting the phone early. If you get the phone early, then that's just icing on the cake. Samsung never guaranteed that anyone would get it early.

I am not complaining just making an observation on previous years and that there should be more fair play with all customers of Samsung no matter what location we are.

Maybe there might be different regulations in the US then the UK that allows them get the phone earlier than others.

Anyways I just hope the pre order process goes smoothly for us all and we get to enjoy our new devices soon.

I had a word with Samsung again today to confirm delivery and it was confirmed clearly that it will be shipped on the 7th and delivered on the 8th.

Also asked about possibility of changing my phone order to S10 plus but unfortunately the prism green 128gb is out of stock and the bad news is that all new stock will be replenished on the 8th launch day.

Are the US getting it Wednesday? Darn it! I've just checked my status and it says preparing despatch. I have also checked previous delivery dates and the last phone I had, the S9+ was delivered on the 9th of March (shipping on the 8th). So mine says ships on the 7th so there should be no problem with DPD delivering on Friday. I'll be in all day watching the little app and seeing what number delivery I am on the list!

I heard that guys from US uses some kind of method on FedEx tracking to see where phone is before getting e-mail from Samsung. As I believe that our phones are already out and it just takes too long for Samsung to refresh data on webpage

I gues each carrier will use different delivery companies but for DPD their app will send you a notification as soon there is delivery to you.
