samsung S8 issues after oreo update

[Android Central Question]

my s8 was recently updated to oreo 8.0 from nougat using automatic update on the phone since than other than the battery going down in double speed(not main issue) i have two other problems i need help for
1-i can not send sms ( restarting helps from few secs to few mins)
2- my mobile data connection LTE does not work( again restarting helps for few mins)

interesting part is they both stop and start working at the same time.

so far i have tried
Changing/editing APNs
Reset network connections
Reset cache
Hard reset the device

nothing seems to be working,please help

That sounds like a bad update. If your carrier (you didn't say who) has a good tech department, they can redo it for you. Otherwise you'll have to look on XDA to see if someone has captured the update file and posted it, and you can do it yourself.

I have a similar problem after the Oreo update on my S8. For me it's the BT. How do you reset the BT connections? Cant find it in Connections>More Settings - Thnks
