Scrolling seem weird?

For some reason when scrolling it stops as soon as I let off unless I do a real hard flick, then it goes too far, its real inconsistent, anyone else notice this? My nexus 6 is always smooth and easy to sling the page up a bit

The problem is ALMOST solved if you set mouse/pointer speed to maximum

My Galaxy S6 scrolling speed was good and smooth on all apps. When I activated the fingerprint scanner it altered the scrolling speed and made it to fast. When I turn off fingerprint scanner it returns to normal.

Not the same problem im having but oddly similar. For example if there is a scroll option and i place my finger on the screen and hold it there then my screen will start oddly shacking

I found this thread after searching for the same issue on a Note 4 with 6.01
This issue makes navigating long pages like forums such a pita you can't flick/scroll quickly though a page unless you aggressively scroll/flick which often leans holding the phone in one hand and scrolling with the other.

Did people eventually solve this/update fix or did they just learn to live with it?

Wow I just assumed this was an android thing with poor scrolling momentum. I'm getting used to it but iPhone scrolling is WAY better.
