I agree! There is a damn Youtube video of someone playing with a Merge and we can't even get any decent photos of the Shift and it is coming out in about a week... It' gotta be because Sprint wants to unveil it at CES.

Yea its a little confusing because im not expecting any surprises about this phones hardware although going to all this trouble to release specs at CES makes me wonder maybe there is more to this phone. Then there is the price being pretty low so that throws me off as well.

thats my fear too. a low price, and the supposed FFC is pretty much where there is a notification light on the merge...... :/

yea no FFC will be a letdown that could explain a lower price though. Seems like all their trouble would be a waste of time to wait for CES to announce a copy of 2 other phones.

This is only a guess, but sprint might be "shift"ing away from a ffc...

Yea no FFC on a 4g phone seems weak. Stuff like that needs to be standard on a product like this. If it does not have the FFC i will probably get the EVO but its a tough choice. The low price scares me.
